They have had to pay full price on the million so maybe the SP will go back up.

No placements for years and years with huge potential on many explorations - what is there not to like!

ARC are worth £62 million and this is by far their best exploration and they will own 30% of the mine. This is before the cost of the construction of the mine is taken into account. There is still huge potential for us but is depends of the drilling results, the price of the resources and getting a bigger player involved.

We are exploring in 2 of the most under explored areas of the world in Zambia and Botswana where exploration companies are finding huge deposits of copper and other resources. This could easily 10 bag in a matter of weeks not years.

A large buy!

ARC have just sold 70% of their project to Anglo America on basically one intersection drill of a huge copper sulphite intersection. No PFS but the project is now funded until completion of DFS (cost £88 million of work to be done and some small payment). This happened with both GGP and UFO. So the new drilling is very important and let's hope we hit some copper.

KAV are in the same copper belt region we are in that we have a deal with SFR.
Ella, reading the RNS Ben (BT) at KAV is amazing at spin and CB is not - I suspect CB is too busy to think about the SP.
BT and CB are completely different CEO's but we have some similar assets but we do have the cash in the bank and much more to come.

Ella - I said there would be a placing over at KAV. I wanted to post something on their board Thursday because it looked like someone was forward selling to get the deal done. KAV did well not to decrease the placing price from Friday but the buyers also get free warrants. KAV will have to keep doing placings for a long time but we should not have to.

I would not be surprised if there isn't a large buy order being worked because the SP has not moved.

Unlike Shed I will always come across on the positive side because if I am invested in a share I just have to be positive. If I have become negative on a share or feel the upside is limited compared to the possibility of total loss I sell, even if this means a 90% loss because something is better than nothing. I just can't understand why a so called investor in a company would publicly ridicule their own investment which is counter productive and in the process subjects themselves to a complete and utter lack of understanding of the company in the first place. It just beggars belief the motives of some people unless they have sold out and want to buy in at a lower price or are just full of shame and bitterness.

Shed you do a very good unbiased appraisal of what you think is happening and that is more than I can say for a lot of people on this board.

A good constructive RNS. If we can get an improved jorc and with the resources at current prices then even with the extra cost a pay back of 3 years for the cost of capital is within sight. I don't expect a huge rise in the SP but this RNS demonstrate that we are on the right path.

I agree MM - we are going the right way and have been for the last 6 months.

Analytical:
I can't speak for MM but we have accumulated 2 new game changing explorations, on another asset the income is going to come in much higher and we have a license on another asset which will produce income very soon. This has all come after November. In November the main theme was the SFR one and that is still there.

Ella - off topic and wrong board but I don't want to get an hate post - KAV are very informative which as given their SP a spike (CB is too busy to do this) but is there an imminent share placing for KAV?

the finish price has been tagged to the final deal at 4:35 pm. The real close is 1.275 and all thinks being equal it will open at 1.275.
