Hi BricksSA, a rights issue will not happen because a placing is far cheaper. Additionally, with a placing you just buy the shares when the SP falls after one. I don't see a placing yet until October again before the AGM unless the SP goes beyond 10p in the short term or we do buy another exploration mine and then we get a placing sooner. If Zinc stays high and we can prove up the resources then I wouldn't be surprised in the 'value event' i.e. the partner/sale comes through in the summer. I am convinced we are getting Toral ready. So if we can get a partner to take us all the way to a DFS then that is the best option- we can only hope we have the asset to get the deal done without giving up to much. The SP would increase massively.

To think CB can't call this a game changer because we have 3 other game changers is beyond belief. When you consider other AIM exploration miners are lucky to find even one. This is beyond massive it is beyond anything I have ever seen in AIM exploration and we are worth £13 million and no need for dilution for years.

MM I agree and I would also add that this is on relatively high volume.

I disagree Bobcat 123 - we are so cheap we do not need a RNS. Quite often an RNS comes and the SP peaks and we fall back. Unless, the RNS is a big one like SFR are going to buy us out. CB does not do RNS's to massage the SP like KAV. The SP is doing very well over the last 6 months and potential LTH will realize this like they did with EUA/GGP. WE DO NOT NEED ANYMORE DILUTION WE ARE CASH RICH.

The price of Zinc is still around an all time high and I do realize long-term when we are in production it might have fallen back. However, what we need to think about is the short-term effect on our ability with a partner to produce a PFS/DFS. The data used on the compiling of the economic report for the DFS to show profitability of the mine and the pay back time in years will use the 3 year average price of our resources and this price is improving daily. 3 years ago the the price was much lower and for a year kept going even lower and so in 12 months time even if the price of Zinc falls 10/20% the 3 year average price will be much higher than it is today because lower prices will not be in the data set. The longer our resources stays high the more profitable we can show the mine will be and that is going to be very important.

Profit taking is normal practice especially when the shares have risen quickly and on no news. Even though the shares are at a bargain price. The good news is we finished just below the starting price. We will attract more long-term holders who will be wanting a multi-bagger rather than a 10/20 % profit. I think we can keep rising because even without news we should be worth £30 million in my opinion.

I think if we end up not down today it will be positive and will have just go rid of the 10% brigade.

1.4P to buy but I want 1.4 mid price by the end of the week - mid 1.45p is the next level now we have broken 1.25p.

I really do think 1.4p is achievable before the end of the week which would be amazing.

Man in rain coat - yes most people will think 10p unlikely but possible. I think 10p very possible but not a certainty. It is very positive for a detective to put the case for 10p even if unlikely.

It would be a very good day if we could finish at 1.25 or above. In fact, it looks like real momentum is starting which would mean a much higher SP in a few weeks time. The most incredible thing is no ticket is around the corner because CB thinks that we are cheap has chips and we DO NOT NEED ANY PLACEMENT FOR MANY YEARS.

Bricks I do agree with your 50/50 analysis of cost but I feel that this is due to management not doing enough over the last 5 years. I think they could have managed other projects without increasing management costs just exploration costs.

Bricks I actually think just having one project has been a problem. If we had 4 projects we would have 4 times the amount of possible news. On AIM if you have no news the SP will go down - news/updates are very important for PI's in AIM.
