The company could sell the Denarius shares but probably at a big discount, close the company and then distribute the cash..

I am disappointed we can't get funding for the RTO. It was a far bigger project than what EUZ is currently worth. However. The Denarius shares would value us at 3p a share so it is time to close EUZ and allocate them. We might need an EGM. There needs to be 5% of shareholders to request an EGM.

Data didn't we apply for a mining license originally but we received an exploration license. I remember being disappointed to have received an exploration license but maybe this was to fill the gap.

It is quite astonishing the silence of information from the company. The last real update was the IP survey for p39/p40. In that time 3 directors have bought more shares. Additionally, we have seen some wiered trading lately with apparent sells so close to the middle of the SP that they could be buys. Is CB going to send is valentine Iky an RNS present and will Iky be in love with CB forever?

So many possible positive RNS's awaits us

TT you are correct the exclusivity runs out on the 14th Feb. However, I looked up the RTO rules in AIM and posted that a RTO can only last 6 months. Hence, by 17th of March the RTO period of discussion ends and either EUZ announces the agreement or we walk away. I suspect the 5 month exclusion was put in place to make sure everything was in place well before the RTO deadline.

5 years ago the GLR price dropped to 0.2p due to covid and the collapse in all metal prices. In May 2020 the copper price was on its knees and GLR bought a total of 31 licenses for around £400k spent £100k on them and sold 9 for £4 million. Sandfire will have had the 8 licenses (went from 9 to 8) 4 years in August so I am expecting news soon. However, of late CB's deals for his other companies have not been exceptional. We did well out of Botswana and Glenover but not the blow out deal everyone is crying out for.

I would like us to sell the Kalahari licenses and develop the Zambia licenses so that we sell the lot for an insane amount of money and let's be honest GLR is the only company in CB's stable with something to sell.

When I posted last night that I hope the RNS's are true and correct I didn't mean to imply they were not for his other companies. I have said it for years that the other companies lacked quality assets and cash that their RNS's actually showed this. BZT did have a possible big payout but that's now gone and XTR do have a steam of cash but their assets are limited. These poor companies are a drag on GLR.

My only concern with CB is his other companies he runs. AFP raising £420,000 is probably not going to last 12 months, hence I could never invest money in AFP. They also sold out to cheaply to FQ, their Botswana licenses are dead in the water and the open pit is only a fith of the size of Luansobe. Let's hope the assets we own are as good as the information we have been given in the RNS's

MG I must admit I have stopped listening to the Roast's and I hear your frustration. If was so easy to convert licenses into mega bucks then AIM exploration would have taken off decades ago. The truth is more than 90% will fail. The way to beat the market is to select the 10% and sell out of the 90% while you have something. The chances are that only one of CB's companies will not fail eventually. GLR for the last 4 years had some good but not ground breaking RNS's but no negative ones. We are due an RNS because we've not had news since the half year report and let's hope it is ground breaking.

IMO from reading the half year results again licence PL253 could be the next monetary realisation for GLR. It seems to be just sitting there waiting for neighbouring licenses to be proved up. It would be too expensive to go it alone but a similar deal we transacted with Sandfire could well be planned. 5 million with a bonus for a new discovery might be on the cards! This would also go someway to explain CB's reluctance to sell other licenses on the cheap.

I think you do need to have trust in the management and if you listen to any investment manager this is the most important aspect of share ownership. So you have to distinguish between is GLR completely and utterly undervalued and a 10/20 bagger is on the cards or is the management a con and managing for their lifestyle and not the private investors. Time will tell and GLR will be judged by the deals in the pipeline or the RNS’s which have been issued over the last 4 years and must have been lies. I am investing on the former and anyone else you believes in the management should load up because this is going to be the multi-bag of all multi-bags but if you think the latter then you should sell up and move on and do us all a favour.

M64 what makes you think Colin owns Jubilee shares. I thought he sold out at around 13p 6 months before he left.

When I initially invested a few years ago it was on the basis of a possible IPO for Mankayan. I was estimating a big payout. Now that is dead and the lack of sizeable assets in the BZT portfolio I am pleased I sold out at 0.34p and a loss. There are better CB companies to own shares in. BZT wouldn't have had a say in the deal.

CB I thank you for buying the Kalahari licenses for less than £500,000 and selling less than half for £4 million with a possible £80 million. I also thank you for buying Luansobe, Shinganda, Kamatavi and Bulawayo with the money. I also thank you for keeping Glenover and selling it for £5.5 million. Thanks for no placings for 4 years and keeping your powder dry. Keep it going and in time we all will be grateful.

It does not mean the deal is dead just that other investors can make offers and we get a worse deal. It might mean we walk away and relist on AIM. If this happens we can continue to search for a RTO or close the company and distribute the shares that are left. We have no debt because the loan is payable in EUZ shares.

I hope a good deal can be done this time or we dish out the shares. Myles get us a good deal this month or walk.
