Totally agree G_G_G, the problem with emails are they may not be opened for security reasons or deleted.which is a tactic i employ if im not sure whom the email is from.

So, i find ringing them up more fruitful, we should all try these phone numbers, they have to answer the phone , if you dont get to speak to the person required you can ask for a call back or leave a question to be answered.

if we all ring up on the same day , say today for instance and monday too , all asking the same question lets say something like ...Im a concerned shareholder. How is the ESIA permit getting along ?
