Im glad the ESIA has been kicked up to the highest level, i wouldnt be surprised if this is passed swiftly, obviousley someone has filled his nappy at council level and passed it upstairs to a higher level, that would give enough time for those officials to fill there boots with this very low sp , a metaphorical brown envelpoe or baksheesh.
