Not really anything you don't already know, but I like to see PRD mentioned in industry press.

Due to its nature I have had to copy verbatim a good deal of the PRD announcements today but they are, in my view particularly important. The market is rightly concentrating on the upcoming drilling in Morocco and the share price is looking forward to that. Having said that investors are very aware that the other key parts of Predator in Trinidad and Ireland are also receiving as much attention from the board which it is most notably saying that ‘industry partners capable of financing key parts of our business development strategy when required to do so’ as Paul Griffiths has always promised. The shares have continued to do well and I think that there is more upside in a number of areas.
Apologies in advance for this one (might be a wild goose chase) but one of my wild key searches has come up with a connection between Predator Oil and the Lisbon Group. The only thing is the webpage of Lisbon has been taken down. I have no idea if this is a legacy company or if it is still very much alive.
"The Lisbon Group provides comprehensive engineering services and technologies to upstream, LNG and NGL markets. We offer our clients fit-for-purpose design solutions, provide unbiased analysis, and enable well-informed decisions that maximize their project value. We support all the project phases from conceptual studies to operational support."
The only item in relation to Lisbon / Predator connection is at:

Is this another piece in jigsaw? Or has it already been found before?
Agree 100% British_Mike, Paul Atherley has lost credibility with these delays.
Hi Goofedagain, correct - lived here all my life. Pubs are great, the still visit Ramblers, Bull, Impy, Sydney and the new micro pub The ****pit. Only 12 miles from London but has escaped the urban sprawl. Apologies for o/t - won't happen again ;-)
Glad you could join us on the PRD thread. We are sitting on the cusp of a truly exciting 6 months. Enjoy the ride!!!
You've got to love this bit "Furthermore, gravity, magnetic and seismic data indicates that the Guercif Basin it is more likely to contain larger structures than those seen in the Rharb Basin". Let's hope we find one of them!!!
Funding will not be a problem. There is plenty of relatively cheap finance available to Finance Pensana's project(s) in both the UK and Angola. The problem as I see it is that of delay. Why haven't they broken ground in Angola? (PA said January), where is the feasibility study? (PA said October, then January, then February followed by "imminent" in March). For serious investors that raises alarm bells; not whether they will get funding or not, because that is 100% not an issue.
Good assured interview. I was thinking whilst watching it, if you are expecting to get a 10 fold increase in share price in say 4 years this wouldn't be a bad long term investment perhaps for the kids in an ISA. £5k becomes £50k and a decent deposit on a house. I don't think this share is for trading it's much more of an investment, that everyone (Green Energy, Governments etc.) are buying in to.
This should be regarded as an investment. The payback period (2yrs from initial production) is ridiculously low. Once the mini day traders are out of the way (and there aren't many) this will motor ahead to new highs. The Angolan Sovereign wealth Fund are keen to increase their stake and financial institutions want part of the action.
Might be detail about Equinor and SSE "Blue Hydrogen" power plant to be based in the UK. But there again, it might not...
Malcy told me yesterday that the interview is on Tuesday (not Friday).
What is it with these needy posters who feel they have to post 100 times a day FFS - ever heard of the phrase less is more!!!
Sensible to take advantage of market conditions but have to say I didn't expect all three projects to be on the front burner. Sounds like they will be getting some help / advice putting forward a proposal to the Irish government, I thought this had fallen away but apparently not, we are very much still in the game.
Trinidad is getting to a stage where interested parties not only like the results of CO2EOR operation but will make an offer to buy it out.
Additional cash for Morocco will allow PRD to keep a grip on it's drilling campaign and the potential rewards.
I don't think I've been so excited about a cash raise as I am today. Will be buying more on any weakness.
On 12th Nov 2018 I accidentally bought 180k shares in PRD by mistake - don't ask, must have been a long lunch....
After that purchase I did some research into the Company and decided not to sell. I only ever hold a maximum of 4 or 5 stocks at any one time (this allows me to follow and research everything about each company).
Without shadow of a doubt Predator is on the cusp of a once in a lifetime opportunity for many investors . I have of course bought many more tranches of shares since that first mistake. I am convinced this will be a transformational year for us all.
Excellent presentation and well balanced. Most of it probably underlines why Josh Brown on Half Time Money stated yesterday that he wouldn't be investing in any Canadian mines anytime soon. It also helps to see issues addressed in black and white, something the Company hasn't done (communication is awful).
There are a lot of IF's to be firmed up before the Company moves significantly forward BUT the potential is there. I guess it depends whether investors can wait until 2024/5 before reaping rewards.
Thank you for taking the time to provide a good Company summary. It is truly refreshing to see a balanced view.
That's one hell of a budget for Pensana.
UK Infrasturcture Bank (based in Leeds)
Major new port infrastructure in Humberside (and Teesside)
Major support for windfarm industry
8 new Freeports (including Humber) with simpler planning, favourable tariffs and tax)
I don't think Paul could ask for any more.
"the guys who catch the much smaller gains" and perhaps miss the bigger losses....
Just for balance lol
"One thing I don't see is directors don't do much interviews. Is there any reason why?"
Yes I agree they are very poor at communication - the reason is possibly because as of now they haven't any good news to impart. If they had, they would be shouting from the rooftops. Communication matters!!! For any folk considering an investment here wait for the financials (out soon) and then make an informed decision.
If there's one thing that let's PRD down - it's shareholder correspondence. They rarely reply to shareholder emails to the "contact us" link. Some may say that they have got bigger fish to fry like running the day to day business of the Company, but without the shareholder there is no Company. As a long term shareholder, I appreciate that they are trying to keep costs down to a minimum but to answer shareholder questions should be a requisite. They actually invited questions before the AGM but then claimed they hadn't received any.
Apart from that minor complaint, I think that PG and the Company are doing a fantastic job and I'm looking forward to what 2021 brings.
Interesting read Tesla, carbon credits / Trinidad on P.15 as well. Thanks
