Personally I think you need to forget about KRS. It's just a proxy for buying Calidus-at half price!

It's significant because it makes it more likely that the Performance Shares will be added ie see through price wll go from 0.52 to 0.82!

The new tenements allow for better access for mining. That is partly why they also bought the Novo tenements. Seems pretty confident, therefore, the end result will be a mine. As he has said he is taking the longer term view.
