Why is BP plus AIR lower than BP?

Had a reply from DR and it what was I expected He agreed KRS was better value however KRS will only increase in value if CAI does, hence the statement of intent. And let's be honest he's purchased KRS shares before and it's made jack difference. Looks like he's taking a short term view on this one. Does reitterate though that CAI looks to be heading North and Togo South. I often email him on a Saturday and trust me he works all hours!

Am I missing something here? With an explorer the POG is largely irelevant.as production is usually far in the distance However, a lot of the KRS return will be delivered on a successful PFS, which is late this year. So KRS should get delivery from the POG much much soon than most explorers

I've sent him an email. On the one hand it's good. On the other it compounds the fact that people are buying into CAI not KRS

Why would he though buy shares in CAI rather than KRS?

I emailed him 25th Jan and that's what he said. I would be very surprised to see any dilution especially the closer we get to Escrow ending. I met him in London last year and he was saying that you're basically buying CAi half price so why would he want to pay double for a new project by a capital raise? He also said it was " understandable "but " ridiculous " all the focus on Togo when CAI would be potentially much bigger

A possibility is that DR has moved on to something else. He has said he wants to reinvigorate the company. Possibly then no room for Togo

CAI is an explorer. Has only a tenuous link to the price of Gold. Resource Upgrades will be the key.

I would be very surprised if there was a Placing. That will dilute Calidus. Waited years for Togo, might as well wait another year when the Escrow ends.

Yes and that shows you how quickly it can go up as well. They were paying 0.45 p for it last week and nothing has changed!
