Its not that sort of place newboy. St Petersburg is no better for mossies but as a city break its nice. As for PHE, Russia is an absolute goldmine for PHE, they have a terrible waste issue and recycling is almost unheard of. As far as i can see, RHA was processing development ore. We never saw the stopes being processed. Until we see that material being mined and processed we have no real idea.
