Guys, we aren�t in a strong negotiating position at the moment with the share price and cash reserves so doing a deal now would be foolhardy. We need to have a better platform and if RHA can be monitised then a deal position will be stronger. A wait on min expenditures would be a better bet. Let get RHA ownership first.

The good thing about the share cap is it have focussed GR on dealing with the lack of cash and shares rather than sitting back knowing he can dilute. We will see if he can think on his feet. I�m also wondering if the Stalker influence was not good, friends with dattels and giving GR bad advise to drown the ship? GR has a lot of shares and I�m sure he�ll want to cash those chips at some point and 0.16p won�t be the price.

Im not sure thats correct ihavenoclue. The idea was to sell the part of RHA recovered from NIEEF not sell a chunk of PREM. GR said the lions share of the cash raised would go to RHA but im not sure that will come to pass. Enough to get it working at descent returns and stick the rest in the zulu DFS pot would be my guess. As stated, $20million in with RHA, we shouldn't give it away.

Val, another less than half truth. GR stated that to deal with RHA he would like to go back and do some more exploration and developement work. Also infill drilling on the open pit. The basic dig to the current stopes was $650k. We obviously didn�t have the cash to throw at it, so that must have been driving the decision. We may have had that figure in cash or maybe more but the confidence wasn�t there to spend the remaining pot leaving less for Zulu.

As i said before, there is no proof that PREM was out of cash at the last fund raise. I personally believe it was a top up of existing funds held to get us through the current period of inactivity while waiting the results of the NIEEF meetings. The time scale for that is an unknown quantity. If he was out of funds he would have called an EGM with the raise resolution and be done with it. Does he need to come to London with an olive branch? Hell yes.....

Outline planning consent at least sets the precedent for the proposed development. The local planning authority have a duty to appraise the proposed details against the relevant PPG documents issued by Government. Good news for AFC hopefully. Not sure about Top gear being happy though...

As for Denora not being interested, how could any company in a strategic partnership with possible high income generating profits from manufacturing not be interested? Thats before you think of the uses of the AFC system within their business sales as well. A better moan would have been, what were the previous science team doing...... I don't particularly like Bond, he has cost me a higher average than i should have been at, but as he got DeNora on board there has to be credit for this.

The only action I would like to see is if it could prove CEO fraud and see him locked up. Otherwise, let him keep funding things and hope.... Glad I only had a small punt.
