Mal i was invested here 6 months before you even signed up to LSE. Ive been patient and listened to the talk at the chesterfield and the forward looking statements. So you'll have to excuse me not getting too excited at the share price of 0.23p

We got to a penny of nothing but a rumour of JV zulu. Imagine what the right deal will bring. So IF GR changes his MO this could be great, thats why I'm still here.

Vitriol? There is no malice from me, just reflection on previous and current management ability from GR. Unless you just want it to pump up so you can exit or trade you should accept there are other beliefs here.
Shareholders have failed to hold GR to account in the past and this needs to be addressed. 1.5p and I sell 75%. As for shorting....no.

What matters to me is 1-2p to sell. Not hope of this on hot air management. REAL and TANGIBLE progress is required to make that happen. So far GR and Fuad heating the air to make it rise.
The BARA report (even though most couldn't even spell it correctly even though i posted their website on here)was banded around as the stringboard for RHA and it was a real letdown. It only partially covered the tenement and related only to the development stopes in progress and the financials were pretty poor.
ZUU jv was a disaster as was the bullcack being bandied by GR and Fraud last year. Turned out it was a $500k punt from a chancer. Didn't stop GR from doing one of many placings tho.
So lets get back to the real issue. The BOD aren't performing and this is where the combined force of all the shareholders could make a difference. But the will isn't there yet. Lets see what next weeks news is and that may change.

CF i didn't say it wouldn't go up. Just not to the level the assets deserve and sustained. GR taught me all I need to know so far. When he changes the script I'll change my view.
Frequent good news helps our investment. GR doesn't have a history of doing good without the bad a few days/hours later.
Will be interesting to see what G does and the excuses touted here if he does the dirty and places again.

NaPoM its not that I'm scared of the price going up, far from it. THE BIG ISSUE is it won't go up enough or to the level the assets deserve unless GR and the board address the issues that have killed the rise stone dead in the past.

Reliance on dilution and placings
Poor performance on the monetisation of assets.
These are real business issues that are hampering the company and hence the share price.
I've been here a long while and argued with the likes of crazy and pecker over issues in the past, but the same issues have failed to be resolved while the company raised more cash and diluted the hell out of investors. On a business level, theses issues most be resolved or PREM will remain a traders share. THATS WHAT I DON'T WANT.

Yep I'm hearing it. So dilution there straight away. The conversion rate is yet to be seen. That still doesn't provide cash for the leki bill.

as for profitability, I’d guess 3-6 months as we were still in the development ore stage mining stage. If the JV is one of GRs cronies, shareholders need to be studious to the conditions.

Oh they will have been profiting from there posts, don’t believe otherwise. You don’t spend so much time on here for no reason.

Question to CF Charlie Strongman With there be a fundraiser before 1st December? The JV will be utterly disappointing if it doesn’t come with cash as stated by gr a year ago. $3-4 million as I recall. If now cash injection, shareholders will get a rogering again. At least with the promising update the ownership will most likely be resolved.

AFC didn't issue a notice regarding not knowing why the price dropped. This may indicate they did know and if it was a forced seller they may be waiting it out before releasing news as the seller would sell into the rise, possibly killing it stone dead.
Just another theory to throw into the mix.
