GR can't just take circum shares. They are property of prem shareholders and on disposal will cash out to the shareholders.
This to me is GR monetising the shares he has and retiring. In the process we benefit on this as well.

Why max six months if Circum stay on the books?

We will lose a %age of the zim assets, but with an operator who can actually get them producing which is something GR was unable/incapable of doing.

Circum stays, so that will cash in at one point and shares in new to be distributed to prem holders.

According to the e mails, he's waiting for one last bit.... Lets hope its not the normal GR bit :-@

At the moment, all we have is an RNS with MOM asking for 48hrs.
The reality at the moment is GR dilution and failure to monetise assets. Will he come up with a decent JV or another hype pre placing? His time is running out the tell us but should the news be grim fundraise, will the happy clappers unite against GR?
I personally hope this company turns a corner but wouldn't be at all surprised but the standard gr pants removal process minus the lube.

Just checked my last e mail from GR and it is different colours. But not how it is on the Twitter e mail.

Why in the e mail is the colour of the message different from the footer with his address?
