Pre emotion rights were waived at the agm which I guess brought an end to that.

If I could get out with some profit I will. But when a share is tanking, you take a decision. But the spare money I did have went somewhere that worked very well thank you.

Ideally we’d go to the bank and get a low interest loan and it would be cheap money. But no bank would lend to an emerging tech company without income. Hence we are stuck with these sort of deals. As for info, do you really think the RNS would give a spreadsheet on where the money is going? Not gonna happen.
Investing is a game of intellect, research and sometimes just good luck. The RNS never tell the full and complete picture.

Fuelcell check the AIM rules relating to what the company have to tell us.
It’s more a case of improved information, targets and the achievement of those targets adds to investor confidence and an improve to of the share price and the companies ability to efficiently raise funds until profitable operations are seen.

Share price today says it all. Nobody trusts the roach.
Also, I read that the full power requirement to run the plant and mine is not yet available from ZESA.

I think many did have a moan on that raise southerhay as it stifled the rise.
Fund raising is a necessary evil in these companies until sales profits come in at sufficient levels. That’s why the rewards can be high when turning the corner into a profitable organisation.

Longevity was driven by the ClorAlk power production market opportunities which didn’t come to fruition although Southern would still require economic metrics.
I don’t know who Mr £1M is and I don’t think it’s right that shareholders didn’t get a chance first but preemption rights were waived if I recall. So we have no right to maintain our relative %age.

Jgbb, would you have rather then done a massive raise at 4p diluting us to buggery then issued the good new?
