Looking at the amount of A trades i think a lot of stop losses taken out today.

IWant, the buy in partner may want the tech to market themselves. Big players in the energy market must be assessing where they need to be to keep market share in 10-20 years time. Shell and Bosch have made moves and the auto makers have moved in on electric charge points with ionity. The middle east players will be left out in the cold with little market for dirty oil and will also need to diversify or be left with hugely reduced income. That will probably force civil unrest in some certain states.

I think the poor buggers on SXX are bemused...

Scare profits just look for companies that have had good rises and try to short them down in an organised attack. Should be locked up....

Big oil and gas companies will try to control the energy transition making it hard for new emerging tech to go mainstream. The likes of Greta have changed the dynamics somewhat and embarrassed politicians to act.
Shell, Bosch and linde have all dipped toes in the water and BP tried some time ago but was a bit early. H2 is coming, it’s just a matter of who has the correct products to sell. We have to be in with a shout but nothing is certain. Bond says we are commercial, we have two experienced power sales guys and products.
We await the RNS for the first sales revenue.

We knew a fund raise was going to happen so it was hardly a surprise now was it.
If customers were interested in placing an order, particularly a large one do you think they would ask if the company had the financial clout to deliver? I know I would.
The unit for the motor show needs to be built and I guess it will be the 160kw unit as the demand and production of ev’s is really gaining momentum.
There is still ongoing work on the solid and alkamem products which require funds so the raise isn’t really a big issue especially at the levels done compared to previous.
The issue is do we have orders in the pipeline to provide income? How far away is Alkamem? What’s left to do on the high power cells....
To justify the second cash raise we need clarity on those questions.

Everything with the second A in it is a big risk.....

Well the AGM could be interesting if we don’t get some good income from sales.
Need a few more group members to get the 10% with the dilution even though quite a few holdings have increased.

The fact that the huge sell didn’t decimate the share price is curious and also very good.

Well, lets just hope there are orders that need for filling and that is why the offer from the "investors" has been accepted.

Sturm If you really wanter to be cynical, you could say that certain string pullers in the background didn't like the rise from 4p as it makes the final dilution with commercial contracts more expensive and Mr B was ordered to keep it in check....
