Little or no change Greek. As it long as it continues to head north I'm fine. Could do with paying down the debt a bit - gearing is fine but we don't need a mountain of it

I know Greek strange really. However, I remember the ITV board being like this then every Tom, Dick and Harry jumped on. Not bothered really I'll just keep watching it grow and looking forward to the results. The currency swing is massive for Rentokil but would like to see a special div or a large increase. Its going to get promoted to be a FTSE 100 in the very near future so would expect more interest. Glad I bought in at £1.63

Yep Greek - totally agree. The div payment is very low so interesting to see what they will do at results time. Maybe it just means that the SP will climb instead. Interesting times

Yep Greek all looking that way. This reminds me of TW and ITV and bears the same characteristics. If only it would break resistance at £2.35 and we would set sail....

Am I really reading this right? Under the terms of the deal each Booker shareholder will receive 0.861 new Tesco shares and 42.6 pence in cash. 42.6p for every share we own???? Plus Tesco shares as well????

Lets hope so. Market cap of £392m with £50m profit - looks undervalued. Will see what the rights issue brings and maybe the uncertainty will be out the way

Still surprised this board is quiet given the momentum. IMO this will be a FTSE 100 company and lots more good news to come if further takeovers are realised

Only IMO but this is not a "sexy" share and trades between £1.72 and £1.86 with top and bottom lines on a gradual incline. Very well run company and City love Charles Wilson the main man. Special div to be paid in 2017 again. All in all a well rounded solid Company which I've been in for 3 years with divs reinvested for the long term

Good solid results today - if you want a slow steady share with decent div - this is the one for you.

I've walked passed a couple of their stores recently and there was nobody in. Joke RNS today regarding Brexit. Company needs to take a long hard look at themselves. Have they been expanding too quickly? Commentators were saying that this would be the next Greggs - don't think so. Strange how the SP dropped yesterday before the bad news - was someone tipped off?? Unfortunately unless your in the know us PI's are the last to be told.
