Hi Tony, If you look at it from a Geo-statisticians view point:
There are roughly 6,500 1m thick Samples above the cut off, having an average grade of ~ 3,300ppm NdPr
Assigning a 25x25m block to each sample (Highly conservative given the low-variability of the deposit), with an SG of 1.8 (weathered), a Recovery of 90% and assuming a revenue of just US$100,000/t NdPr.
Gives me 21,600t NdPr (6years) with a discounted value of just over US$2 Billion
Now I personally consider that a 25x25m block model to be highly conservative, If you increase it to 50x50, the final number will be 4 times greater and closer to what I currently expect the final Resource to be worth.
And as you say, the above does not include any added value for the other REO's or Nb that are present
