1) If it was true, there is no way that Mark could justify his bringing PA onto the Board if as Theo says PA has been a serial failure ! he would be more culpable than our Chairman.
2) The attacks started when the SP was at 2.08, ie performing well; so why would anybody destroy the value of their own holding ?, it would be understandable if the attack started at GBP1.00 but no it started at GBP2.08
3) Mark is a very successful businessman, it would be stupid in the extreme to destroy a Company and the lives of several hundred LTI's just to settle a petty grip with one person. especially so if you hold a large holding !

Well they are reported to have a legal framework at least as good as Australia and have clearly demonstrated that they choose to improve, also they are significant Investors in the Project so they have a vested interest in its success. The Thorium issue is a Furphy, The companies proposed remedy of burying it in a stabilised form will be a great improvement on the current situation where Th is sitting freely on the surface able to be mobilised by any strong breeze. Track record of Management !!! You must have written that prior to todays News... Theo, Given that this Grant now unlocks the UKEF, I think you will find that Pensana will now be issuing very little new Equity, That being the case a 2 Billion NPV over 250 million shares is going to put this Companies SP way out of your reach. Might I suggest that it is rapidly approaching the time that you listen to Dumbo and start following RBW instead.
