TDev, Why are you so fixated on "Demonising" a CR ? If that is what is needed to get the Project completed so be it. What is most important is getting Saltend into Production so that we can generate an EPS, because at the end of the day that is the number that counts as it will ultimately set the SP and Dividend rate.

Longonjo requires a CAPEX of US$300M, At an SP of 120p that equates to 150M new shares, which when added to the existing number will still leave our Registry at well under 400M. ie far less than half of Lynas's

Now given Pensana's after tax profit will be similar to Lynas, comparable production rates but we will have a Lower OPEX which suggests that our EPS will be double theirs, Lynas are currently trading in the US$5-10 range indicating that Pensana should easily achieve an SP of US$10 and higher.

A Company chooses the ways it thinks best to protect its IP, be it Patent, a Bank Safe or just plain total control of their process ie Coke Cola and the Colonel. The important part being success in preventing anybody from discovering the details of how the do it.

Now to me It seems that Pensana's methods are eminently suitable, As no matter how hard you keep trying you have been unable to find out they information your Masters want, ie YOU ARE A FAILURE.

I have noticed recently, that with the recent prospectivity in Rare Earth development, there is now an upsurge of Financial commentators ie Company sponsored "Analysts" ! Who for a fee will write a glowing and speculative report on the Companies proposed operations; quite often projecting seemingly astronomical valuations on the outlook for the future Share Price. The subsequent use of such "Reports" by Companies to promote (Ramp) their Share Price should at the very least ring alarm bells with Investors.

Why ? Firstly, the authors of these reports, more often than not, have little to no expertise in the fields of Rare Earths or Mining. Most could never qualify as "Competent or Qualified Persons" under JORC or NI 43-101 ! Many of the Authors don't even have "Operational" experience ! A Phd in Economic Geology and/or ten years in Journalism is not considered relevant if it was obtained by writing a thesis on the redevelopment of a WA Gold mine or designing a new sampling procedure !

Secondly, The whole "Company - Analyst" relationship stinks of being a "Symbiotic". Even 'Blind Freddy would realise that if an "Analyst" wants any further work from the Company he had better write a glowing Report. How long then before the relationship becomes "Parasitic" ie when the Analyst realises that he can also negatively influence a Companies SP if a prospective Client does not award him a lucrative commission ? It is then but a short step before the Analyst is offering to provide their Client an additional service ie that of spreading FUD against their sponsors competition ?

How can we spot these people ? Well as I said they are not "Experts", admittedly some do have a basic knowledge of the Industry, but most, quite often make basic and fundamental mistakes in their commentary, Statements like "value is US$5.0bn at US$139/t, equivalent to 3.0Moz at 2.3g/t " are a dead give away as "the grade 2.3g/t" is totally immaterial. Or "Acid consumption is 200t per ton product" ! clearly that Author does not even have a basic understanding of the Industry.

That Rainbow has stooped to using such Reports and Commentary suggests to me that all may not be as sound as the Directors would have us believe ? that, or the Directors are totally ignorant of the misinformation campaign being carried out by their supposed Hirelings ?

There is no way you can use one mines production figures against another. every mine and Process is different; now 900,000tpa would equate to 3,000tpd on the railway, or roughly 60 rail tankers, That rail line is designed to be a main feeder too and from Central Africa, there is simply no way it is capable of such excess capacity. Stop the drivel and try Fact Checking before you Post ! Otherwise the agreement we have not to respond with retaliatory posts on RBW will be terminated.

Without "Green Power" you can't expect "Green" Bonds, Pensana are not only setting a high bar for our competition, they are securing a major component of their OPEX at minimal cost.

Spot on Sundrum, Another problem is that even when we can identify the Chicom trolls, there is a second population of Day traders and Shorter's who have similar aims (to a point) and who are quite happy to collaborate with those who are trying to "Kill off" this emerging industry. This cross pollination of "Long term goals" goes as far as Companies already in Production, actively seeking to obstruct the development of Competition.

It is not hard to imagine how hard the Chinese are laughing when they hear that DoD has identified a Chicom attack on Lynas ! Talk about getting suckered into a false flag scam !!
