They can also pay for the Local Property Agent to conduct viewings for around an extra £300. They can also instruct PURP to do the conveyancing for around an extra £500 - in this case payment is due on completion. My niece is selling through PURP at the moment with the full package and we are very impressed with the service. The real clincher is that PURP isn't just a cheap way to sell a property it is actually a BETTER way to sell a property their 24/7 service is far better than traditional agents!!!! I think that once consumers get the message that PURP is actually better than traditional agents the business will soar - especially as traditional Estate Agents have such a bad reputation.

Putting aside any short term fluctuations, PURP has to be a very good long term hold - a bit like AHT.

PURP seem to be making a very big impact here in Sussex by the sea where the market is dominated by some particularly mediocre Estate Agents My niece is currently selling her house with Purplebricks and I have been exceptionally impressed with their 24/7 service. So using this evidence, plus some research, I have brought in for the first time - hopefully ahead of a good trading update next week!!

I think we should get news on the start of the Porcupine trial within weeks, that should help. I am just sitting on an 11% loss, so no problem - certainly a hold. Masses of potential here!!!

Sentiment isn't great now so I guess we need good news or it will drift more. Maybe one of the institutional investors will see the chance to increase and start buying.

Maybe to do with the pound - analysts are talking about 1.34 plus in the next 3-4 weeks.

Yes, ALM did take a very big hit but that seems to be because they ditched half their portfolio. IPO is I think a much better managed company and will now start to rebound. As we have now gone below 140 I think that the point of rebound is very very close - hence IPO is now a strong buy! DYOR

With the end of year results due on Thursday, I wonder if we can expect any good news? With three products in stage 3 of the PRTC pipeline we should soon see there potential value shortly - I hope!!

Not sure its a fix - more a change in sentiment. With more good news to come over the next few months I think the share price will increase quite dramatically - simply on the sentiment. As it increases so will the risk for new investors. But for long term investors it may present a good chance to sell some of the capital outlay and just leave mainly profit invested.

Yes, ok - we could have to wait a bit - but hopefully we still have a good investment for the long term. These sorts of investments are all about patience.

Cantor have repeated their Buy rating as of 22/03/2017 and maintained a price target of £1.05 I think that once things settle down here we will get strong upward momentum in the SP.

We have a very long way to go here but todays news is a very positive development. Clearly REDX believe they have some world class drugs in their pipeline plus a collaboration with Astra Zeneca and will now be more sharply focused. I for one will certainly be here for the long term and will add soon.

The news that we have more institutional investors under guidance from Seneca Partners is another big boost for REDX. REDX is an excellent long term investment for small investors and an excellent addition to an ISA. DYOR - look at the pipeline!!!

I was expecting the SP to go a bit lower - maybe it will still revisit 140. End of year as expected - meanwhile we wait for big news! Patience is the key!!!

It seems achievement isn't enough these days - surprise is the key - but SP will continue to rise over the coming months. We are not alone - exactly the same thing is happening to AHT this morning.
