Just to add to that - its still not clear if we got it right or wrong with SM - but the balance of probability is shifting towards we got it right.

Investing in any growth company is a risk - regardless of what business it is in - especially when the business is in the development stage and their is no revenue - dilution will always be an issue and funding will always be the next challenge.

Its not rocket science!!!

I don't understand why investors make such a big thing of it - its par for the course - sometimes you get it right - sometimes wrong.

I think that there are 123,997,368 reasons why CF will do everything he possibly can do and then some more to pull SM through.

Yes very good Scotman - I am starting to feel much more confident again - we just have to trust CF.

More likely Brent will continue in the $58-$60 zone waiting for direction.

NO is still waiting in Scapa Flo for a STS - it looks like it will be with British Renown which is interesting because British Renown is about 10% larger than most of the tankers that take Kraken crude - also NO had a good load at 13.7 metres draught - we don't know how much ballast is aboard NO but maybe this load is in the region of 550k or even 600k - but all this is speculation.

Well it seems that our Government is doing all it can to make it difficult for SM to raise capital.

We are left with two equally unpalatable options on the table - no deal or an extension.

We can only hope that Trump and China get together and sort out the trade dispute but that seems fairly unlikely.

So CF has to do the job with one hand tied behind his back - good luck to him!!!

No its more than that - the damaging post that he refers to in the Times did exist - I saw it - but it was quickly deleted by admin - that afternoon the SP fell 10% - the next day the SP collapsed when the RNS came out about the failure of the bond issue.

I remember the post that CF was referring to in the Times article and I said at the time that it was the worst thing I had ever seen on LSE - totally unacceptable - there were about a dozen or so other responses to it, mostly agreeing that it shouldn't have been posted - I reported it to LSE and urged others to do the same which I am sure that they did as it was very quickly removed by admin.

It is actually ironic - we all share our views here - some we accept, some we don't - but a the end of the day they are just opinions, facts or in the case of Myosotis, useful informed information - we can take it or leave it.

But when CF shares his views there is uproar - he cannot say that! - how dare he! - but when you think about it he is just as entitled to share his views as anyone - and from the unique perspective that he has maybe we should listen and learn from our mistakes.

Remember CF is under a lot of pressure at the moment - its mostly down to him if SM survives - so I guess he will lash out at anything he sees as negative - that's only human nature - especially when you are a highly motivated competitive person.

There is a very interesting thread on the SM board tonight - Chris Fraser the CEO of Sirius Minerals has accused posters on share chat boards of posting false information - he reckons that the info led to a dive in the SP - he says the boards should be shut down.

Did it cause the SP to fall - who knows - but the timing would have been right.

Is this a reason to shut down these forums - no - but we all have to take care what we post and I guess we quite often stray close to the line - I know I do sometimes...

Yes, the SP suddenly seems to have stopped faithfully following Bent blow for blow.

Forget the share price at the moment - the SP will rise on good news - that will be when it becomes more relevant again.

But be prepared for substantial dilution - although the SP has had all the sentiment knocked out of it so it could rise even with dilution if the other option is liquidation..

Fact is that there are to may variables to know what way the SP is going - no point averaging down yet.

But I feel are in a far better place this morning after CF's comments.
