Hi all. Yep. My share portfolio has nose dived recently. Bear market conditions. And I'm fully diversified. Yesterday only 20% of aim stocks finished up. Same today I think. Just have to be patient. Across all your stocjs... Not just this one

its like an undefeated heavyweight boxer getting into the ring against a total amateur... and then getting knocked out inside of 10 seconds... thats what today feels like for me. BUT... its only round one... and the undefeated champion has got back on his feet on the 8th count. plenty more rounds left yet... and a champion is always... patient :-)

thanks pred. trust me - boredom hasnt set in, but after doing some research on this, im just worried about the security of PI's money. FFWD is registered in Gurnsey, office in the UK. But gurnsey? ok so tax benefits etc, but what other rules does this protect them from? if they were to fold in the next few months leveraging our money and on the back of an IPO, what protection do we have? yes we are shareholders - but guernsey? GURNSEY??? risks of the SP is one thing, portfolio is fine, but im looking at the framework and structure of the investment company here and so we need some savy investors to shed light on this.

So there have been a few things on my mind regarding FFWD and i cannot seem to answer them myself, and so i would welcome your thoughts and comments on the concerns i have:

1.) Who are they making money for? is it really for us PI's? why do they really need us?
2.) Assuming FACTOM eventually IPO's (as an example), how can this get reflected in the SP?
2.) Where will the profits go?
3.) Will their be dividends?
4.) if they 'wrapped up'... where will the cash head to? which country, into whos hands?

75% of AIM today was either flat or down. Yesterday wasn't much better. Bit of a bearish market, so I'm not fussed by the SP. Most of my stocks have been drifting down for the last couple of weeks. It is... What it is... At the moment. Imo

ok If you would ike me to 'deramp'?! - VR headset sales 2018 ytd: 3Million. Sony 2M, Oculus 0.9M, HTC 0.6M, Microsoft 0.15M, Others 1M.

3 million devices.... £6k revenue - so .002% of current devices for the year. so... thats what you can work on right now... so if we look ahead - 2 years - lets say theres 15million devices out there, and lets say an evrh market share of 0.01%, thats a £150,000k revenue.

Good to see some interesting points of view on here this morning, and has made me look at things from a different angle as well. petebo - I am a CEO, (well i give myself the title of founder rather than ceo, and im also MD of another company - so it all gets a bit confusing). anyway - my comments about the current CEO, you may recall i later back tracked on. I see him as an architect, designer as opposed to builder / maintainer (i have 3 defined catagories of leadership). you may recall that he said he wasnt concerned about the share price?! thats wasnt a smart move!

my spelling - fair enough?! i know! and as for being transparent - i have told all here that i sold originally and bought back in, on a free ticket and so i stand to lose nothing, but i am interested in just having a good debate about some of the things that make me curious about this company thats all. I have also mentioned positive things here, mainly along the lines of the technology that they are developing which i see as one of the key components.

im not saying that this wont take off! im just investigating some of the possibilites that might prevent it - its just an opinion, that i chose to share and discuss with fellow evrh's.

finally - yes - i expect the SP to go down, i dont expect news soon - nothing that will drive the SP north in the short term anyway. i have no intentions of fooling anyone, im just interested in the views and opinions of others, and having a good constructive debate! hope this clarifies....
