My concerns have been put to bed. Dealt with. I have learned that in future... If I have concerns, I will simply label them as queries instead. Maybe a different slant. If I was a deramping, I think I would be the best one on here, not easy to spot right?! But I'm not. I'm heavily invested as Ive said before. May I remind you that this board is to share VIEWS, some positive, some negative. But with my posts, and Nelson's posts, we clearly have an understanding of the company, and in my opinion, are just sparking a debate. That's all. Not deramping. Just debate. If... Hi Nelson. Not seen you hear before. I'm heavily invested here but I am considering pulling back slightly as I'm over exposed. You raise concerns that I haven't thought of and so to expand on your questions, I'm going to ask the LTHs what they think factoms pre IPO valuation might be. I've done some research today and I have an idea. But first. I want everyone else's if that's ok

ok thanks guys. im pretty happy now. although stil slightly concerned about the guernsey word. tesco, barclays and the pru are not based in guernsey, so that was a silly comparison. and since i have no clue about our protection here - i will just have to wear it. but as you say - we have ownership at the end of the day. so thats a start.

My concerns...

1.) Who are FFWD making money for? is it really for us PI's? why do they really need us?
2.) Assuming FACTOM eventually IPO's (as an example), how can this get reflected in the SP?
3.) Where will the profits go?
4.) if they 'wrapped up'... where will the cash head to? which country, into whos hands? Bearing in mind they are registered in Guernesy, and i have no clue how company legislation works over there...

No.2 and No.4 are my biggest headaches of all.
