Hi Solomon. Your thoughts and observations would be most welcome if you kindly expand on ‘more palatable’. It’s important for all perspectives to be considered, maybe belatedly as Im well in here, but your views are most welcome. Many including Dr fox go on about the balance sheet, the peg and forward planned expansion with (from my perspective) fairly efficient delivery and execution. Yes there is the issue of the wider uk economy, lack of clarity in forward bookings and oil price fluctuations, but the upside to me seems quite exciting. I’m assuming this fall is due panic selling in re of AI related worries. This has probably been lumped together with the full sector. Odd really as there is a strategic partnership with google announced in Dec 25 and much of BMY info/content will be copyrighted. Also the usual smoke and mirror sp action prior to results which are forecast to be at upper levels… chased it down again for a hopeful bounce. Thoughts anyone?

Hi All - thanks for your collective thoughts. I’ll monitor the sp news (minus the usual external noise) and probs top up if it falls bellow my average which is the high 11s. Only holding £6 k atm. In re of silver its a long story but I’m a semi retired ‘corporate’ - went into silversmithing for an escape. Basically bought/ collected silver spoons over the years from second hand shops and ebay averaging 20p a gram or much less. Then couldn't bring myself to chop the older ones up for casting etc (just the 1940s onwards). Kept the older ones and got quite good at understanding the various assay marks and dates. Now have a few kilos, of ‘fully assayed’ spoon; in effect as good as a silver bar sin terms of bullion assets when you think about it. Best junk shop find was a 1670s Nuremberg silver beaker £4.99 (£2k on open market - but will not be melting this down ;). Good luck all and thanks again.

JohnL and Others. This one of the most civilised chats on Lse so thank you as it’s included in my daily i. New to MSI I’ve recently invested and hopefully caught a bit of a dead cat bounce although it’s tracking back slightly but I’m not too worried. My interpretation (and this is where I’d like your thoughts please) is that the CEO has held a little dry powder back because the orders are not firm and therefore the next update (hopefully) should include said withheld good news I’m wondering whether I should break my rule and add as a higher price than what I’ve bought in. Any thoughts on your expectations for MSI SP in the coming months (caveats in rear advice accepted) with thanks and keep up the postings

Not strange for this stock. It’s marking time for the next update possibly in March. Already indicated the results will be very good but this share moves between the 470s and low 5s. I hold a good lump for (hopeful) confirmation of said results and trade a little in the volatility. There’s also a large following waiting for SJ Maas to release her next acotar book - this will be more gravy when she does. All imho gla.

Ah Danish Silver… you’re not talking scrap spot prices here. In recent times Danish silver has become quite sought after for its quality and simple design (silver’s my thing btw). Worth google picture searching to see if there are similar articles out there… you may get a pleasant surprise!

Roger M - keep the silver if you don’t need the cash it’ll always rise and has quite a bit of catching up to do in re of previous values against gold. Also has industrial uses unlike gold . Assayed silver cutlery with a British Lion Passant mark is as good as silver bars. One of the few digitally logged assets we can own too; ideal for inheritance tax issues too!

What ever forces are out there always seem to depress the SP prior to results, even though its signalled they are going to be very good! Hopefully we’ll see a steady rise (without the spread) in the coming two weeks. GLA the wait is electric! (Best quip I could muster so appologies)

It is odd though; Thursdays tend to Bo’s favourite R.N. S days, so Wednesdays tend to have an anticipation rise.

Hex is probably several days behind schedule due to weather and holidays. Yes, just ‘several’ at most! Why not pause, enjoy Christmas, let the weather do it thing… then go balls out in the new year! No negatives in this honest positive RNS. Best wishes to all.
