Certainly has that feel about it. Though it seems quiet there is alot going on in the background. I can't see it going lower either. I think it's now at bottom territory. Hopefully a new base will be formed with the news that is coming in the next couple of weeks to a month. I personally think this is cheap. At the moment traders have it and have done well trading this. We know what Apta has though and hopefully a new base will be formed in the next month. If not I reckon it could be after further drilling later this year on a new area of Anza before we will see a higher base formed and hold. Maybe that's what the general market wants...proof that there is more gold in other areas and not just Apta. Blegs are imperative for us moving forward. I'm hoping Newmont are excited by them. I'm sure they will be and I'm sure JV extension will be triggered by them. In my mind we are just getting started and I believe patience will be rewarded.

I can hazard a guess...Loryser seem to be on fumes now. A few bigger players seem to be loading up for what hopefully should be rises through August and September. I can certainly foresee a rocket day fairly shortly. 20p is cheap when it was 40p start of year on less drill info. When JV majors extend Anza and blegs drop (yes I think this will be in 1 rns) at a guess of 2nd half of August to 1st week of September) a new base will be created. Hopefully Loryser will be completely out by this point as well. Time is running out at these prices in my opinion but you don't need to trust me. See what's happening the last few days. Steady rises. Very unusual for Omi especially since the drop. The fuse was lit on the first day of this steady rise.

A few of us do sound rampy but it's only because we see the potential and in time where this is going to go. Location check. Majors check. Mcap growth potential check. Drills funded check. Sharabel this reply makes absolutely no-sense. I am definitely not de-ramping. Would I like it cheaper tho? Yeah I suppose I would as I like the sound of picking up some cheap shares and I always leave myself some powder. Would I like it to go up? Yeah I would as I am comfortable in the knowledge I accumulated over the months on the previous drop from 40 to 14. For the record I have not traded on any spike since I've been in as i am bullish on Omi. It would have also been better in a better position if I had done this.

Loryser shares are fact and this has to be dealt with. Brad's admission in the webinar that they have been selling for months was my cue to accumulate again hence my 16.5 buy two days ago. They might all be sold or nearly sold, I don't know where they are with this, but I expect it will be RNS'd to confirm when it is completely done. We know it's happening.

Yep absolute bargain. Loryser dumping won't go on forever and will be cleared by September, maybe earlier, as not a clue how many of the 10millon have gone.
I'm hedging that it's quite a few sold already especially during the spike news. In just a few weeks time to a month news flow is going to crank up. One good rns propelled this up 80pc. Yes it's back down but as the old saying goes "you can't keep a good dog down". I bought a couple days ago as we have confirmation the selling is happening which is a great trigger. I'd hazard a guess that JV news etc and outstanding assays will land after Loryser are out and without a big seller in the background I'd imagine we should motor and actually hold at a higher price than where we are now. All my opinion only.

Market can be fickle. The drop is more to do with traders and Loryser shares dumping than actual company performance. I am worried about the drop? Not in the slightest, I have inherent belief we are in a stronger position than a month ago and I was bullish then so I'm certainly way happier now. Accumulation is the name of the game. Sure the price might drop a few pence near term but I suspect we will be higher in a few months especially with Apta assays to come back, bleg samples, JV extension, JV Brazil, Loryser shares sold. We are going to be entering such a rich news period leading into the next drill plan plus we will get updates at Apta as a rig is still going to be there whilst targeting other areas. To be fair I haven't even flinched with the 14pc drop in 5 days. Why should we complain, we were down at 14p not so long ago from a 40p high. I'm sharpening my pencil for a top up as I suspect a few are :)

I think Omi are in a fantastic place currently. Really looking forward to the increased news flow over the weeks and months. I'm sure bhargav will make a cameo appearance at some point. Some say it will be akin to when Jesus walked on water or when Moses parted the red sea.

Some solid advice. Omi for sure is volatile as is the junior mining space. Just when you think some gains are coming it can sink and sink fast. Quite a hard place sitting under water especially if not researched and pretty fresh to the investing scene. Omi is one of the better ones but there is no such thing as a sure thing or we'd all be millionaires. Generally I always keep myself some ammo if i call it wrong and dribble my money in slowly over a time frame to mitigate some of that risk. I also have the mindset it's only money and I never over stretch myself to the point that I put my day to day life at risk. Doing this has allowed me to dodge a few bullets. In saying all that Omi has some serious potential so I personally have went in hard on this.

Like to add as well if it's just Anza and Ariquemes I don't see a raise. I see a raise more to happen if Omi add from from this position to be fair. Like masknewnorm says that could take a while. I don't have a crystal ball but I suspect another 2 additions to the Omi would be the raise trigger or potentially after the next drilling campaign. All absolute guess work. All hypothetical.

Key takeaways Apta had been a success, Omi are healthy, the JV will likely be extended, we will have lots of other drill results to look forward too, we've added a few new target areas to Anza and we will have Brazil to chew over now if that goes through.

Hi bigdownunder. It's difficult to guage but in my opinion only I think Brad is confident that JV will be extended. I am also of the belief that the JV will also be extended (for Anza). I don't really see any reason why it would not be at this early juncture.

With regard to raise. I don't see it happening at the moment. With money in the bank and money to come from the extension of the JV I don't think it will happen just now. With regards to Brazil it seems a low cost JV option, probably why Omi have entertained it be fair.

The only thing that is stopping me from going full throttle and saying definitely no raise is the comment from Brad about looking to have 3 or 4 plays and about having a strong balance sheet to fend off low ball offers of Anza in its entirety.

To me this means he has eye on 1 or 2 new areas no doubt somewhere in South America (most likely in my eyes an educated guess of Brazil/Colombia). If another 1 or 2 are added to the Orosur portfolio then a raise/dilution will surely have to be considered and most likely will happen at some point. When my guess would be early 2022. This is dependent on how Brazil progresses and whatever else may be in the pipeline.

I'm not too concerned with a raise however as I think Anza itself will prove to be strong enough. I also think with the amount of shares in Omi a few raises in the grand scheme of things wouldn't be a negative if we are gaining a foothold/ proving up in some potential new hot areas. At this point you have to consider how these theoretical new areas will impact on share price and obviously cash runway funding the exploration.

Bit of tightrope but I can see Brad's logic. I don't think looking from the outside it takes away from what Anza is and what it will potentially bring in time but the big boys are leading it. If slowly slowly is their mandate I don't think Omi can do much about that.

I just think everybody should sell up so I can buy them all :). Sotalo come on now. You are saying you are buying up more shares but Omi will basically be lucky to break even . That makes absolutely no sense and you know it. I actually don't understand it lol.

So many factors really to consider but to me at this mcap we are still cheap. Really depends on if Anza is taken out by the majors or if it's slowly slowly leaving omi with 25pc of Anza. Both have their pros and cons. The potential is quite scary all things considered especially now it seems a bit of diversification is on the cards. Not going to be just a one trick pony for much longer - tho the pony analogy isn't the most apt when Anza could potentially be a racehorse.

The big horse Brad has pretty much stated that we will be coming into a news rich period which I agree with. That should see us through to further drilling activity at Anza and potentially whatever we are going to be doing in Brazil. I wouldn't be surprised if other JVs hit the market in the coming months, Brad is talking about 3 or 4 projects so he must be actively appraising a few just now. Not just the Brazil LOI.

Sotalo you must be holding quite a few now. What was your rational for adding yesterday and again today if you don't mind me asking? Yes you are right, I know you have been cautious in previous posts so I genuinely would like your take. Any reasoning or insight into why you have added would be most welcome and would be welcome I'm sure to other posters.

Yeah traders buying then selling then de-ramping looking for a re-entry to rinse and repeat after the next set of news. All part of the game. I actually don't mind it as bringing more liquidity but what I do feel for is new holders who don't know this, who maybe got caught in fomo. They then see that they are in the hole. Only way to alleviate this is hold and don't be rinsed for their shares.

It's a possible tier 1 discovery. I have no doubt in time it will be a monster. The majors wouldn't be here otherwise funding it. Newmont wouldn't have left Buritica for Anza if it was a duster, Zijin bought that for a billion big ones. Elephant country, mid-cauca belt. Enjoy.
