1st August our new Chairman will have been in the job a full 6 months.

16th August 10 months since Cohort 2, 1st Patient Dosed.

21st August will be 6 months since the last ModiFY 'Encouraging Data' RNS.

25th August the GenMab team will have had 10 months to decide if they are taking our GlyMab target into a clinical trial.

31st August 10 months since ModiFY moved to the Expansion Phase of the Trial.

In all of the above a fair amount of time will have elapsed meaning that each August anniversary has the potential to provide a sound basis for updating the market.

I would be even happier if all five report sooner but if we do reach the end of July without significant news, August could be a major month for updates.

Agreeing to today's interview will not be on a whim. This feels like the perfect opportunity to reduce the size of the 'Silence Gap'.

Data must be accumulating to the positive but not at a significantly high enough level to release an RNS. Scancell never do news for the sake of it, so this interview is perfect for Lindy to let the market know that everything is progressing nicely.

The comment from a recent Macmillan recruit to the ModiFY Trial, that all the places had been taken and she was number 3 on the reserved list, only refers to her condition at her particular clinic. After being fully vetted she got her place. This shows that the trial criteria are very strict. Also as Bermudashorts says, it is still early days in the whole recruitment process.

We could be at 50 / 60 fully signed up but a lower figure for 'actually vetted and 1st Dosed'.

We don't know all the facts but the trial recruitment can only be nearing the half way point, at best.

Lindy will want to have all her ducks in a row, I suggest that in this past 2 months quite a few ducks have been lined up very nicely. Are you saying that there may be many more clinical data points that have to be achieved before a possible update ?

That could be many weeks or possibly a few months away. I am hoping that Scancell stick to their promise of 'Regular Updates' or positive sentiment for the stock could continue to ebb away.

I'm not to concerned about the day to day movement of the SP but a continued downward direction is unnerving as we all assumed positive trial progression would mean we would see a positive market response, and we are seeing 'Positive Trial Progression'.

Vulpes said that the SP was 'Derisory' at 16p what must be their reaction to 14.5p. Vulpes have invested over £4m, the vast majority at 5p but also a chunk at 14p so you may say 14.5p is not a bad return on their full investment but that money is locked up and I'm sure they would feel much happier with the stock back in the mid 20's, especially when you factor in the current trial advances.

Ultimately LD and Co will decide what and when is shared but it has been nearly 7 months since the very positive AGM, where we left believing that very exciting things were happening. ModiFY was moving forward with early indications that it was working really well in the first patients. SCIB1 ( SCOPE ) trial was opening more centres and the advancement to iSCIB+ was not to far away. Deals would happen in 2023 for GlyMabs and AvidiMab.

The point of all this is to say that virtually 7 months have elapsed and the above list of outcomes has only seen only one entry, the ModiFY update on the 21st February. As investors we would presume that there have been some items of progress across all of our products, that can now be shared. It would be awful if nothing has happened regarding potential deals and / or clinical advancements that are news worthy.

I hope that the within the next two weeks we are given some official notice that the cogs are not just grinding our investment into dust.

My 6 months comment was very 'tongue in cheek'.

We have passed quite a few important stages of the trial and ventured out to start the process of communicating how Moditope is performing in human patients.

The day that Lindy is able to 'shout from the rooftops' hasn't arrived as of yet but the trial is certainly heading towards that monumental day.

Progession of the Trial, reaching the very important Cohort 4. High Dose CPI ....

The amount of Data will be mounting up so you would hope that Scancell want to share that information with their long time loyal investors. 🤞

There are now multiple reasons why we should be both positive and patient but that 'Data Update RNS' is now breaching 'over due'.

Conclusion : Define RNS within 6 months........ there I said it ..... controversial or what.

There are always lots of claims that, this or that treatment, is going to be the next big thing.

As far as Scancell are concerned I hope that when the next set of data figures when released continue with a steady progression towards the trial end points.

Modi1 will not need to be 'announced' if it works anywhere near the level seen in the mouse models.

The difference in metabilisim is a big factor to the timeframe of Partial or Total removal of all the tumour cancer cells in anyone one case.

Modi1 plus the vitality of each patients immune system will determine ultimate success or not. What is true is that the mechanism being used to create the CD4 immune response against the tumour micro-enviroment is a war of attrition between the Tumour and Moditopes ability to mount a continued attack. The final act is to create a cascade that finally defeats the tumours ability to repel.

Fascinating stuff, in fact we would have called it science fiction 20 years ago.

That Mice to Human timescale is due solely to the difference in Metabolism.

That information was put on this board many months ago and was provided to counter the idea that Tumours would melt away in our patients within weeks of first dose.

Checkpoint Inhibitors didn't do 'Wow' when they began their journey but the benefit to some who were failed by Chemo meant that market has risen into the 10's of £ billions.

As our trial progresses, LD and Co will begin to understand what are the key indicators in patients that predict a really good outcome from being on Modi1.

The lab mice had tumours that melted away over 14 days, we now understand that in a human target that our timescale is many multiples of 14 days, upto x40.

Just to give a srnse of where we are with the ModiFY Trial. If all we ever achieved was 'Stabilisation' for Ovarian Cancer patients, that would be a fantastic success story on its own.

We are already well on our way past that mile post, adding the outstanding success in one Head and Neck patient.

Saying that we have hardly scratched the surface in terms of numbers of patients treated.

We will get an update and I'm sure it will be well worth waiting for.

I totally agree that its difficult to reach any conclusions, but ...... the last poster and this ASCO Abstract are submitted very early so they can only contain the info from that submission date. The real question is 'who are we aiming these presentations at' ?

It's not us private shareholders, it doesn't seem to be aimed at wooing new shareholders so it's got to be the oncology industry as a whole. If it is a Shop Window then why show only half of what you have ?

These presentations must be viewed as Scientist showing their Science and cannot be commercially driven. However its who they are talking to and wether there are NDA's already fully signed up that we will only hear about at a later date.

From an investment point of view my only frustration is that I'm 'chomping at the bit' wanting to know if the 16 week scans have shown progress or can we have a 3 monthly update or (now it's nearly 12 months) can we have 'State of the Trials' yearly report.

I'm sure many will be waiting and wanting to hear the same.

It would be fantastic news to know that Modi1 is benefitting a good proportion of the patients on our trial.

I've no idea what it must be like to have a doctor give you a dire prognosis and I hope I never have to. For those on our trials to be told 'you are stable' must be so good to hear anything better would be amazing.

Shows the calibre of the folks who are or want to be part of the ModiFY journey.

I am hopeful that the results in these 4 hard to treat solid cancers show that our Moditope Vaccine is an outstanding breakthrough in the ability to treat as many people as possible.

Thank you JB1 for you continued research, you inspire me with your insights by delving into the known facts. Not always that straightforward to find, but you do join up some very credible dots.

So what happens the day there is highly positive news ?

At the moment the Market Makers are not moving vast amounts of Scancell Shares so when someone sells a few 100k shares it does mean a large drop in the price.

The other side of that is what will happen if Scancell drop a very positive RNS ?

Most LTH have already built a good size holding and anyone wanting to establish a large position on 'Great News" will have to pay a high price.

I'm quite happy to tightly hold on to my core investment because the potential risk is diminishing with every step forward in the ModiFY Trial.

Also we mustn't discount the SCIB1 'Scope' Trial or AvidiMab or GlyMabs from our reasons to be positive on Scancell.

Next weeks ASCO presentation gives ample opportunity to have off the radar conversations with Large Pharma Co's.

My last point, if only 50% of our hopes and dreams are realised in the next 12 months it will still be very rewarding for anyone who goes the distance.

The only people selling are traders.

Probably bought in early expecting the usual flourish in the SP prior to a known news event and now have to pay up or take a hit.

There were two recent large trades ( around 122k ) but they looked very much like a Bed & ISA combo.

There is absolutely no reason to sell if you are an investor as the ModiFY trial seems to be ticking along very nicely. No 'trial halting' adverse effects seen and one positive outcome that has been allowed to be shared.

We don't know if the current silence is because they are just getting on with the day jobs or because the trial is drawing some potentially very rewarding attention.

My hope is that there is a 3 month update on the scan data which should give us investors a clear indication of how much progress is being made.

In the mouse trials tumours cleared in approx 14 days which we now understand to be about 18 months in human terms. Early days but progress is being made, we just don't know how much.

Will we begin to find out next week, well, I hope so.
