I appreciate that many long time shareholders will not be parting with any shares until they know the direction of travel.

What I am expressing is the fact that all of the selling is being collected up with eagerness by the MM’s. The driving force has been, up to now, the relentless accumulation by ‘x’ ?

If we see another 7 million shares traded tomorrow and the SP is driven up another 10% then it’s more than the ‘Fear of Missing Out’ at work.

Also, to see this type of steep rise and not apportion a sizeable amount of buying to ‘the word is out’ is being naive.

Yes, NDA’s must be in place but the amount of discussion’s our board must be having will mean a lot of people will have knowledge we don’t.

You can’t keep all the minutiae across multiple discussions totally secret.

Therefore I’m judging what I see and I see an appetite that suggests knowledge.

I’m looking at the commitment to buy without any formal news or second hand rumours. There was a very good chance that after the weekend the buying could have stalled as it’s been a steep rise and profits very high.

What is evident is that there are buyers mopping up any loose shares, is this a normal situation when the last news was the 28th of April ?

So my litmus test is, without news in the morning ‘will this appetite continue tomorrow’ and if it does what is the driving force ?

Well if there was still anyone doubting this rise and still feared it was just an AIM pump and dump scam, today’s continued volume, number of trades and percentage increases should quell such thoughts.

This is a solid ‘first stage’ re-rating of Scancell’s true value. Anyone selling or top slicing is just helping the Marker Makers fulfil their clients orders.

That burst of buys all at 50k around 2:00pm was potentially the US market waking up and getting involved. It certainly feels that way.

We’ve seen a very rapid upturn in the SP and a corresponding uptick in the daily volume but does it amount to a “somebody knows something” rise ?

Here’s a very interesting test, if we see the same acceleration in both price and volume tomorrow I think we have to concede that there is a connection between these daily rises and the negotiations that are going on behind closed doors.

Scancell’s total silence adds to the validity of that conclusion.

If Scancell decides to stay independent and raise enough funds for the Reg Trial they will also need funds to run the rest of the business for at least 2/3 years.

To cover everything in one raise the phase 3 trial £80M and to run the business and develop ModiTope / GlyMabs another £65M.

Solely because Scancell is not a one trick pony I think the most sensible way forward is with a partnership. A deal with enough up front capital that all the other riches can be progressed promptly.

I think we can safely say that the First Hours trading was a complete success. The demand for Scancell’s underpriced stock is very much in play.

Bodes well for the week and if we saw some positive news …. Well !! What price then

Tomorrow’s opening price and the very early trading is going to set the tone for the coming week.

Is the mass realisation that Scancell is so under valued going to continue pushing forward or has the current rise just brought a mass of ‘non believers’ whose knowledge of Scancell’s groundbreaking cancer treatments are irrelevant set against the need to bank a profit ?

Zak Mir has pinned his colours to the mast and on the surface is a partial believer.

Also MHRA approval must be very near 🤞🤞

It is quite remarkable that Scancell have not broadcast the quality of the CAB.

I agree with you Ray, the only possible reason is that they are on ‘total silence mode’ due to ongoing discussions.

The reveal when it comes may be a very good day to be a shareholder.

What is absolutely certain is that to have Eric Rubin in any capacity or advisory roll is a huge positive for Scancell.

A person with his background and expertise of oncology platforms, clinical trials, FDA regulations, raising capital and putting a company onto the NasDaq is only going to add his name if the science is genuine.

Scancell is bolstered by his seat on our Clinical Advisory Board if it is related to a commercial interest from Natera then it’s ok with me. 👍

I posted this just over a week ago but it still has great relevance even though the SP has risen back to what should be considered fair value 6 months ago……….

“ Obviously the Scancell story is now reaching a much wider audience and for anyone new who is interested in finding a junior or baby bio with an incredible upside, Scancell has to fit the bill.

From now until the end of June there is a tonne of news to land and if it all rolls out with a positive slants the share price will easily push through the 20p’s”.

Well we’re in the early 20’s with all that news still to come……

Google Finance stock tradings is sometimes way over on the number of shares bought or sold. If I’m not sure I check on the London Stock Exchange for clarity.

However it may well be a post close late reported trade. We’ll have to wait and see.

We need to thank Zak for bringing Scancell to the attention of his followers just at a moment in time where there is a real possibility that Large Pharma are very interested in the Immunobody and ModiTope science.

I do hope that some of those persuaded by Zak take a look at Scancell actually find their way to our chat board and research the company.

I found my way here because of the publicity around the announcement of ModiTope killing cancer cells in the lab.

Every day the Scancell story is reaching more potential ‘buy and hold’ investors.

I do think there is a huge appetite for the Scancell stock based solely on the fact that the trail data is compelling and points towards success in the ensuing trial’s leading to a new paradigm in the treatment of cancer.

That’s the message that is spreading and that’s why the share price is so supported.

The data so far shows that they are succeeding in a very tough area of Melanoma cancer. Coming out of the Phase3 Registrational trial would just be the start of iScib1+ journey.

We have already seen in a small number of patients that SCIB1 Mono-therapy works in an earlier setting. That area is already dominated by large pharma so we had to move into the late stage unresectable melanoma to prove that Immunobody could work on top of double checkpoints.

The evidence is there it now needs this one last big trial to allow the technology to expand outwards.

FDA Approval to run a Phase 3 medical trial in the USA and FDA Fast Track Designation.

34% Improvement in ‘Progression Free Survival’ over current Standard of Care.

You cannot Chart that kind of potential because the ensuing partnership deal or outright sale are extremely possible and very difficult to value correctly.

Profits will be taken but when that news lands the SP could ( I’m not saying ‘will’ ) double in the first 5 mins of trading.

That is now the reality of owning Scancell shares.

I didn’t need a chart when I bought some shares at 3.85p I just need the belief in Lindy’s science. Had to wait a little bit but my belief is still there and we’re just about to see if it’s the real deal … 👊👊

Also we can now add in the fact that we have crossed the £200m Market Cap threshold and possibly be in the sights of some Institutional Investors that see that as a boundary for investment purposes.

The SP needs to hold at this level and move forward but there is an outside possibility that we could see some larger buys in the next week or two.

I know the combined positive news of FDA Trial Application, Approval and the FDA also rating iScib1+ as Fast Track was a real boost for us long term shareholders.

But !

What is driving this relentless growth in the SP ?

It’s beginning to feel like somebody knows something. No huge buys but just very steady / moderate chunks being taken for the last 2 weeks.

The MM’s do seem to be struggling to acquire stock now that all the large investors are holding on tightly to their golden tickets.

Considering the potential number of conversions our CEO could be having and especially if they are mainly positive discussions, it would not be surprising if rumours are beginning to spread.

Just my take on the fast and steady pace of this rising SP.

Back at 19p so let’s see if heads north later this afternoon. MM’s have caused some churn but I’m still seeing plenty of buying pressure.

The interest here will not fizzle out because there is far too much potential of a deal being completed and that news could re-rate the SP.

This is what I am anticipating anyway.
