Ditto :)
Hi Ian, not had a go before but can I have 24th Feb please, my 48th birthday. Cheers
So I understand the premise of the 8.5 form which relates to trades by an involved party so as to demonstrate to the regulator that there is no insider trading, however given the frequency of these I do find it strange we have not had one for 3 straight days, coupled with the unusual volumes of 2 and 3 sells contained in those earlier in the week. Could it be UBS are no longer permitted to trade Eurasia shares on behalf of clients due to a possible conclusion. Pure speculation but find these anomalies curious.
Given the RNS shared by the company after the flanks "leak" and subsequent market reaction probably best that we wait for official confirmation. As others have suggested and I am inclined to agree this DFS may be an integral part of a purchase and we don't want to cause any disruption to this
Totally agree Smiler. Previously respected contributors allowing themselves be drawn into pointless comments from disruptors with an alteria motive and allowing them to succeed. Even the fruitless requests of don't reply and don't get drawn in have meant that valuable contributions are lost. Remind yourselves why you invested and until someone tells me that all those metals were a lie, that the BOD have sold all their shares without disclosing, the banks are no longer engaged and DL Piper were never onboarded then I know where I stand.
Whilst I so want this to be an update this is a typical behaviour we have seen over the last few months where a blank slot is uploaded as if the site is being tested but would be delighted if this were an update
I think Headdancer is referring to the 1 trade at 13:44
The other consideration is that the Russian holidays don't begin until 3rd Jan so approval this month could be during the UK holiday period but would require the UK market to be open to RNS.
Now as a Wolves fan I should wish WBA not to win a game but unfortunately they have already chalked up a win this season. Sheffield Utd are still winless though.
Hi Guy, there were a few talking about a Telford get together at some point. My moniker is a give away to my Staffordshire location :)Callum
Both djm1 and PartyPoopers comments are accurate as from a regulatory standpoint any change in share numbers has to be socialised and as part of an offer also have to be reported. As a forum we have our own thoughts, but one thing for sure is that the recent RNS's are positives and strengthens the reasons we are holding onto these precious shares
Whilst you can't rule AA out as they have also declared their expansion appetite, they issue Voting RNS in the 1st few days of every month so the RNS on 1st Dec is their usual behaviour
Similarly DMITRYsCOUSIN I too got the information from SXX and am pretty sure it was one of the kind Pompey contributers
I think your confusing 2 investors. Matt sighted a tax bill and needed to sell to cover whereas Phil Taylor sold a few to buy a house.
It has since been deleted.
Hi Ian, can I please go for £1.78. Thanks
Good find and relevant to todays date but not sure they need to hold an EGM to buy 6 cranes under what is understood to be an NDA, but funnier things have happened
Has always been due to an issue with the Twitter feed previously so likely to be this again, I would also love it to be down to a mega offer upload but sadly unlikely
As its me he initially targeted i will reply accordingly:-
1) I did not claim a stroke of genius, I did in fact suggest a good strategic move as this funds development on existing resources while at the same time not diluting shareholder value.
2) I have decided, in fact I did over 12 months ago when I invested in the company, so there in lies my decision
3) I have read every RNS closely and unless the BOD their NOMAD and brokers are all telling lies then there is an ongoing FSP.
I am all for debate, discussion and the like but let's not turn it into a game
The raising of £10m was yet again another remarkable piece of strategy by the BOD. What this said to the prospective buyers was you can purchase at the "Right" price or we become a disruptive competitor in the sector as we can raise the necessary capital without impacting and diluting our shareholders value
