"I still have no idea what those RNS's mean", put simply any transaction involving EUA shares that are performed by UBS have to be declared using this form as they are bound by the regulator to do so. Failure to do so could be considered insider trading as they are acting on behalf of EUA as part of a possible purchase.

Others have surmised on indicators etc. based on previous takeovers of other companies but this is all speculation and while there may be substance could equally be coincidence as it is not consistent.

Ultimately these RNS's create conversation, speculation and conjecture but by definition they are no more than UBS being fully compliant with the regulator.

Let's hope the next RNS isn't another 8.5 but a large announcement of a bid.

Ferg, I am afraid you have stumbled onto a board that has been infiltrated by negative posters that masquerade as being interested, consequently unless you have read every post, RNS meticulously you will be chastised without a 2nd thought.

Those sales were minimal by those peoples holdings and but for the sale process would not have even been highlighted of factored.

Those presented around 15:00hrs are thought to be from the Freetrade platform are the general thoughts

I agree Plface these are Freetrade share transactions such as we saw pre suspension that all come through between 15:00 and 15:30 nothing to do with MM'S or Algorithms.

0.86 thanks to a Portsmouth poster on SXX who provided insight on that board around Aug last year

Not sure if its been mentioned but for those pre suspension who were excited by the 1 trade and the myth around it being an RNS signal, couldn't resist it on such a joyous morning

Did it not occur to the doubters that the outgoing Nomad who was still contracted to work for EUA signed it off.....

I also emailed the company today and got what feels like the same reply. I courteously asked if there was any update and recognised they could not share anything price sensitive and got what is a personalised but standard 3 line reply. On the plus side I sent my email shortly after 14:00 and got a reply before 16:30 so shows they are actively monitoring and communicating.

For the SXX shareholders who have been properly let down by the BOD they had faith in. A number of us were in this share and suffered losses before others like Pompey directed some of us to this share and join the Gallion. A tough pill to swallow as I know one or two who invested hugely on a great British project only to be massively let down. Puts some of the bickering on this board into prospective.

Totally agree with NTTG2, the only people who know what is going on are the BOD any engaged bank(s) and the NOMAD. Beyond that is pure speculation, fantasy and b*****s. Those who bought shares did so in the fundamentals so sit back, relax and ignore the nonsense until facts are shared.

After the incredible week this share has had a predicted by some reduction is minor in comparison to the longer reward. The panicked sellers clearly did not buy in back in as recently as Nov or before else they would be sat here with a big grin holding firm

I must thank Portsmouth for leading me here from SXX back in Sept when I boarded the Gallion but have remained a passenger. This recommendation has meant I have more than recovered my loss on a sorry venture, and while I have far fewer shares than some realise that this could make a huge difference to my familys life.
