Vaccines, waivers, CVA, Studios - will we look back in hindsight and view the outcome as logical...

Interested in views of genuine long term investors.

High-level view: CVA allows Cine to trade through financials issues / crisis, shareholders remain in control, company operates as normal, no further action from creditors but agreed payments must be made.

Given current circumstances, I’d welcome views on whether this would be a positive outcome, any nuances I’m missing, other considerations.
