Hi Ant, the article is c2 weeks old and relates to a recent RNS and the current company circumstances. With that in mind, my view is that it’s pertinent. The point I’m making is discussions are ongoing and a way forward has yet to be finalised, bankruptcy is one option so is additional liquidity, there may be others strategic options in discussion.

Omega are now poised to enter a period of news which will allow the true fundamentals of the business to be captured. The business is now becoming a Military Operation (staff c250 whilst they assert themselves as one of the largest Diagnostics businesses in Europe).

Colin at al, have always been extremely conservative to the market, I am happy with this as it will enable true LTH's to benefit from a sustained rise over time as the story unfolds. I find it truly shocking for any shareholder, to call out Colin or any other Director considering you could have bought Omega 1 year ago for 7p. Simon Douglas has been granted options at 89p for a reason - because long term they believe this will be exceptional value for him (This bodes well for us)

A quick analysis of projections for this coming year:-

-U.K. Gov = 50% (£374m)
-ABC-19 = 10%

Anyone know if the two Lubu pits open yet? Maybe I’m being thick but can’t seem to find confirmation of this anywhere. They were supposed to be opened in February as stated in the 29th January RNS. Gets frustrating as a shareholder when you invest based on what the CEO states will happen but then does not do as stated.

It’s a PCR test which means after you’ve received the test in the post you need to post it back and results will take between 24 - 48 hours after it test has been received back by MHC. Plus it costs £95 per test which is expensive.

Therefore, to my mind, the MHC COVID test seems slow and expensive compared to other cheaper lateral flow tests that give results in minutes. And new tests coming to market in abundance imminently.

I began researching this as was initially interested in the COVID aspect, but offering doesn’t strike me as compelling or competitive. Tell me, am I missing something re the MHC COVID test?
