COP26 will be a damp squib as in previous years. China has closed down some coal operations ahead of this Summit but will be building more and more in the future as will India, Indonesia and others. Looking to buy more BP as the price of Brent looks set to go above $70 once again.

And it would appear that an institution has just upped its stake in the Company. Have I read that correctly ?

Nice dividend from APF hit my account today (3.75p) and now awaiting with interest the next update from the Company.

And 5.18p dividend to be paid on 20th September.

Dusty.....I receive a daily report from SP Angel in London which not only comments on various exploration/mining companies but also quotes most base metal, precious metal and industrial commodities including iron ore, thermal coal and coking coal. With the latter trading at around $200 per tonne , I agree that the Kestrel royalty will be of major significance for APF in the next couple of years.

Rogue, I also hold both IMB and BATS (high income ISA portfolio) having worked for Philip Morris back in the early eighties. Happy to take the 54p div in mid May and also 54p next week in BATS and have taken a 3 year view on both companies but check the results as they are released.

Another thing that trumps fashion is the stupidity of any number of politicians. Cannot wait to see the posturing at the upcoming climate summit in Glasgow and it will be interesting to see how many have electric cars. Chinese already shutting down some coal fired power stations temporarily ahead of the summit but will switch back on as soon as possible.

Nuri......I hold both Aviva and LGEN in my income portfolio as well as BATS and IMB. The twinning method allows me to track relative gains and I have taken a 3 year view .

And nothing wrong with a 6% dividend yield at 9c and can only get better if a special dividend is paid in the next 6 months. No doubt the interim results will give us some guidance about where we are headed up to 31 December. Bring it on !

Since you are so in the know may I ask if the drilling contractor is drilling for cash or equity ? How is the clown going to pay the drillers or how many shares are going to be issued to the drilling company initially.

Do wish that JT sells the number of shares he has indicated even at £1.30 level to clear this overhang that he has caused. Company can then move on.
