icalvert, to be honest I had to google "subjective probability", just to make sure I was clear on what you were asking for.......Subjective probability is a type of probability derived from an individual's personal judgment about whether a specific outcome is likely to occur. It contains no formal calculations and only reflects the subject's opinions and past experience.

That being the case, yes I do, and I don"t think it is too far off what others who haven"t sold out recently think. When there was much talk about "validations", looking back it was jut the start of a sentiment drive to boost the SP for the Placing and Offer that took place a few months back. Whether we agree that the communication from the BOD has been very poor since, I am sure we agree there has been absolutely no sign of the BOD putting anything out to achieve similar momentum. It might well be the case that it is too soon after the introduction of Amplivant and other collaborations, that are all subject to further clinical development which is ongoing.

I totally agree we are all hungry to hear some positives surrounding our pipelines, particularly Moditope, and in the absence of commercial news, that i would consider to be a real confidence booster whilst we await more concrete news.

It saddens me to see the current slump in sentiment, which is behind quite a significant fall in Market Cap, but I have never thought we would get news of any further deals until after the Grand Challenge, which now as we know will not be until January 2019 at the earliest. Rather than being hopeful for news around then, I would expect a raft of news to come during that period, and I choose to believe the lack of sentiment driving news is because the BOD are very confident with the manner in which our very clear strategy is working out. That being the case short term falls in a sentiment driven SP will easily be recovered.

That being the case, would explain the silence, even for news on SCIB 1 Combo Trial which is now entering Q4 after being told IND would be submitted end of Q2 2018. It has allowed questions to be asked, doubts to surface, and seems to me madness unless what say is the case. So I have held my 120k shares through this period, just sold 20k odd at 14p, a few months back to balance my books after subscribing to the OO. Looking forward to the AGM, hopeful of some news before it, and sincerely hoping it does"nt descend into an angry encounter like a few years back. Legitamate questions need to be asked, and really want to hear what the BOD have to say in answer.

Sentiment, as we know, changes very quickly in this AIM market, just hoping the AGM serves as a springboard for an SP recovery, and an exciting period before results are due, which will go a long way in dictating the outcomes for 2019.

Just wanted to raise a point re salaries. It is relevant only when it becomes clear there is no likely commercial activity to bring in income to the company. At this point in time we do not know that as a fact, only it wasn"t ready for the Finals, and traders had nothing to cause a big upturn in the SP.

So not a fact, and hopefully we can gauge more from the AGM. Compared to many succesful companies, with pipelines such as ours, are the salaries really over the norm?!! Too early to say that IMHO.

There seems to be a misguided belief that a buyer will step in, and fund this all the way through Phase 3, thats a lot of millions investment, for products which have had minimal investment to date.

That 43k was at 11.6, and another 27k at 11.62 showing as a sell.

It really wasn"t a bad RNS IMHO.

Not really. Scancell have up until the 9th or 10th October to release the date, if the AGM is to be in October, and if they want to just give 21 days notice.

Just had a glance at the RNS yesterday tozerk, and three products i think were closer to clinical trials, and the other last status Phase 2, needs at the very least a Phase 3, which VAL cannot afford to undertake.

That being the case, where does this "commerciality isn"t far off" come from? IMHO it is miles away, totally dependant on one product getting a minimum of £20m to run a Phase 3, and the others not yet even in serious clinical trials!!!

Waking late i only got a chance to read the RNS once and have since had the opportunity to read it a couple more times.

It was very detailed and listed all the year collaborations and post period activity too. It is a shame that our disappointment with nothing SP price inflection overlooks a very detailed document as to what we have achieved, where we are going, and as CH replied to me, he pointed out how busy he and the company have been in phasing so much into the company in a short period of time. Whilst i continued to be less than pleased with progress points i can understand that, much better seeing it all listed on one document. Taking away the SP price inflection part, i thought it was a comprehensive document, augurs well for the future and common sense tells me with the addition of Amplivant and ISA Pharmaceuticals time is needed before any great announcements are made.

I believe it was only yesterday i posted that i wanted to hear about how SCIB1/2 are progressing, today we found out, although the details of SCIB2 came from a different source and if i was going to the AGM I would ask why suc good news could not have been added to the RNS. Cashflow was something else i had lost track off, and just working out the loss and using it as a monthly cash burn, it works out we have by the end of September some £8.65m, thanks in large to what was a pretty decent cash raise despite being at 12p, pretty sure a lesser amount would have been a bit higher. It was no surprise to me not to hear about commercial activity, i have always felt that is something which will take shape after the Grand Challenge Results. It is something that we are one of ten finalists in, from an original 130 odd contestants, some doing, and just personally feel very happy with the companies we are involved with, especially with regard to future funding.

I would urge shareholders to read the RNS again, when time permits, as i have done, my holding as i have said is something i am happy at the moment to run with, i gave it three years last April, would be very happy if it were quicker, but am taking the long view. We have enough material there to suggest we are on a very good path, and i think the BOD deserve a lot of respect for that. I can2t imagine many of us expecting to be in this share for so long when you entered, that is the case whether we like it or not, but still believe we will have many succesful events to look forward too in the future. The market has changed so much, so many great improvements in blood biopsies, diagnostics and i do think we are on the right path, and for ever grateful that we have LD, who i cannot see any different as to someone who will have an important role in the fight against cancer. GL to all over the coming months, and do try and bring up how the BOD can best improve in communicating with us and ensuring they do all in return for our patience.
