Well that is for LD to decide on its importance, there are certainly many people present who will have keen interest in our SCIB1 Combo Trial, and i just wonder whether we have new abstracts/posters to put on show.

Scancell Holdings plc (AIM: SCLP), the developer of novel immunotherapies for the treatment of cancer, will announce its financial results for the year ended 30 April 2018 on Tuesday, 25 September 2018.

So, there will be an RNS on 25th September with Final Results.

Morning Guys, well i set the alarm clock for 06.55, and as a result, as ever never slept a wink.

After what certainly seems a long time without updates i feel excited again, as to the potential news we could get these coming weeks. As I said yesterday the lack of news for me, has never meant i have doubted just how work is involved, being done, to ensure our collaborations, Grand Challenge and all bear more fruit for us. Those were the words CH used to me in one reply discussing newsflow, and to consider the enormous amount of work that has been involved in bringing so many new relationships and treatments into Scancell this year.

I do understand that, and am raring to go. Lets keep an eye out to for the World Cancer Immunotherapy Conference in New York Sept 30th-3rd October, i have a feeling that will be an important set of dates for us. Results will bbear headlines like "losses widen" regardless of progress, but in those pages there will be much to answer questions we have and we will be able to gauge cashflow and expenditure, to which i must admit to losing a handle over.

So for me it is a time for the news and updates we have wanted, and feeling quietly confident that there will be much to admire in its content. We have never had so many relationships or plans in our short history, the potential is staggering, bring on the news.

Isn"t there just. Now thats the kind of Conference i want to see us at, and with all the developments that we were informed about early this year, a good place for us to be.

What seems to be a total block on news, as you posted the other day, could well lead to a spate of news like we enjoyed last Dec/January.

Saw this a couple of weeks back, and wondered whether Scancell at the very least would be attending. Now we know the AGM won"t be until after 8th October (21 days notice needed by RNS) it is very possible.

Many illustrious names there, a strong representation from Memorial Sloane Kettering, Christian Ottensheimer (University of Southampton and Jennifer Wargo to name just a few. Very interesting topics covered, very relevant to us.

Just wanted to add that although I have been rather critical of newsflow, I have no doubts we are very busy indeed, would just like to know more. Heres the link................................

It is that word communication that is so important, in every walk of life, and as you mention very loyal retail investors, I mentioned how many PIs we have lost as a result of the lack of it.

On a positive note, we know we are due RNSs for Results, AGM, any day, and i have enjoyed three e-mails with CH on the very same subject. Something we were going to discuss at the AGM, but unfortunately I won"t be able to make it. Sure we will get many answers to the numerous questions we all have, and I am sure your post will only help in that subject being well discussed at the AGM too.

Personally, I don"t think we will get any new clues to funding until after the Grand Challenge Results, but your post, like mine, is borne out of our keen interest in how Scancell are progressing on so many fronts. I am sure that sentiment is shared by many. ATB

Well I have tried finding out the date, lol, but seems like Oxford F.C. have had strict instructions not to disclose the date this year. As it sounds, seems like it will be in Oxford again this year.

A question often asked..............................

The minimum full period of notice for all meetings is 14 days, even if a special resolution is to be proposed, except for the AGM of a PLC, which is 21 days. The company's articles may require a longer period.

As i have always said respect to those who have traded this well. Todays news couldn"t have been a shock for anybody. It has just come a bit later than i said, for slightly more raised than i thought, but exactly at 1.50 as i said months ago.

Shame the posts, which were well reasoned were removed amongst the abuse.

Sure the rampers will come up with 401 being closer than ever to a deal. Who knows, pure conjecture.
