7th June 2016 - To date, no drug related significant adverse events have been reported. Dose escalation has reached therapeutic levels and the studies have shown early indications of efficacy. (So here we are, 30 months later and nothing. Anyway, what’s an early indication of efficacy? It either shows efficacy or it doesn’t, so that then begs the question of why call something a ‘therapeutic dose’ if the best it does is offer an ‘early indication’?)
29th November 2016 – Clinical update - ....VAL201, continues to perform well in its "Phase I/II dose escalation study to assess safety and tolerability of VAL201.... The study is a titration, open label, dose-escalation trial designed to identify a maximum tolerated or administered dose (MTD/MAD).
