Ray/Ruck, with all the advances that have led Immunotherapy and James Alison in particular to the Nobel Prize, one of the biggest hurdles facing Oncology is the mutation of cancer cells and the ever changing treatment regime it causes.

Crack that, which nobody has, and I believe Oncology will by leaps and bounds provide more survivors.

Ruck, from my own experiences, I don"t think Oncologists know much more than what their chosen field requires, so I am surprised you have chosen this link, I understand what you are saying, but not your normal quality

Shame we need to discuss what we know there have been many good posters we have learned a lot from over the last six years, quite apart what we choose to read up on. Of course we are not oncologists, and frankly nobody knows the progress Scancell have made this year, simply because there has been so little news.

I think only a fool,cannot gauge the level we at, simply by the collaborations we have and the importance of the companies in most areas of Oncology, not even to mention CRUK.

Leas, thank you for your earlier post, I would really like you to do that when you go into town. I have to go through three biopsies after yesterdays meeting which I sort of knew anyway, but its the mass of other conditions which they also gave me six months for which have rapidly worsened. Seems strange to say I wish cancer was the only issue I had to fight.

As I said a few months back, I would never discuss it further here again, after receiving some of the worst abuse I have ever read and not just here. Shame, I got the most incredible support from so many, and I needed it.

If you want to buy SCLP then do, there has been more research posted there this week than here in 9 months. No need to ramp mindlessly, a nightmare BB is one where everybody agrees. I would agree with you Ruck, and feel the same. The BB is better balanced, reiterating so much going for us, and recognising the share price is sub 10p. I would wish TF in his 12.55 yesterday used the words IMHO, as I don"t agree with his post.

I also think it is worth concentrating on news flow and the Grand Challenge Results first, before talk of placings. Frankly we have decent cash in hand for now, and don"t see a placing coming anywhere soon, and yes I do think with our collaborations and team in Grand Challenge, will bear more fruit before a placing is even considered.

You are the one I berated for claiming VAL have a cure. Now you claim the compound made a big difference, although all of the eight patient died, most before six months. I have a problem with what you post, you can never back them up, agin please show me how you arrived at what you want people to believe.?
