Two early sells 20k at 6.005 and 17k at 6p

Morning leas, that seems a harsh fact. I said recently remember the fundamentals, A sensible reminder, i find it quite easy not to remind myself what i have invested, but my average is down to 14.7, an SP I can see quite a few ways we could achieve realistacally on a bit of good news.

50k added to ask side on level 2 and we are expecting ask to fall to maybe 6.20 unless we get good buying early.

Again, not a scenario that I am experienced in, but given the quantity, lets say 16m which is the amount after the 5m sell, I would have thought there might be a strong case for Scancell to buy back those shares. That would send a few messages to the market and shareholders alike.Cost would be around £1m, if we know wherefunding might come from surely an option?

Another situation with many unknowns, so we can only speculate. I can"t imagine the MMs taking those 5m shares without a pre arranged home for them, any cheap unsolicited offer would be unlikely to be accepted. We shall see how this develops but there is an opportunity here for an interested party to purchase a decent stake here, at the moment City have suspended funds, to be reviewed daily, which suggests it will take more than 6p to prise them away from them.

Learning how long this has been going on, to which we seemed blissly unaware, explains to me the constant selling we have seen, and not just L & G over the last few months and before Xmas when news of closures must have been known amongst the ii community and ultimately has taken up to 60% off our Share Price. L & G must have felt it was rude not to dispose of 10% of their holding as a result. So one mystery possibly explained, and the reason i said last , but on the other hand and noted in this article "by on a daily basis" was it is perhaps another cloud hanging over us, one which again i hope is resolved by a company like BioNTech agreeing a price, it would seem higher than the 6p City sold at, to take a 5% stake in Scancell, and then increase their holding at a higher price in an equity issue, again leaving us to raise more in the market at a much higher price. If there is legs in the BioNTech, Genentech and Roche triage, an opportunity to take a stake in us not such wishful thinking. Lets see what develops, would still love to see where the first 5m tranche ended up.

Probably fair to say this has caused much speculation as to what is going on, and understandable criticism of Scancell might just have been a bit unfair but who would have guessed that this was the cause behind the slump. Just ny own thoughts and would really appreciate the thoughts of others too.

So another week has flown by, every week seems to go quicker these days, but i do believe rather than totally incompetent management we have not enjoyed much luck, what with the vaccine, IND and now this to name just a few examples.Amongst the gloom a 2 x 200k buyer has emerged, don"t be shy, hope to see you back today and for many more visits too..

Just seen the 2.85m trade, well thats a buy, but like i say pretty pointless debating each trade, the share closed 8% down. Thats what made JG an interesting poster he discussed the Science, nobody does anymore or what is happening around the world of Oncology, what I would expect from a trading share.

Freddie, looking at the trades around it it looks a sell. Or a big buy at a discount. Choice is yours. Night.

Will take a closer look, but yes diagnostics, sequencing taking up so much news in recent years. Am sure Scancell too are heavily involved in that area. We had a relationship with a company a few years back involved with that, I think they went bust, but all the big players are using some form of it. Should certainly have a major impact on trial results let alone approved drugs.

One item you missed out in that list, and and i am not being pedantic, is Surviving the treatment regime. and all the side effects even if you do get an extension to life.

Not sure if you saw my post early in the week, but my oncologist was on two CarT trials which UCLH suspended and have moved onto the diagnostic/sequencing arena now. My guess is the NHS will make available numerous treatments coming through with the knowledge that 75% of the cost will not be prescribed in vain. Thanks for the link.
