LONDON (Alliance News) - Horizonte Minerals PLC said Tuesday that City Financial Investment Company Ltd lowered its stake in the company to 0.29% from a previously held 8.19% in a deal concluded on Monday.

Horizonte Minerals shares closed up 2.0% at 2.27 pence each.

LONDON (Alliance News) - Enteq Upstream PLC said Tuesday that City Financial Investment Co Ltd divested its entire stake in the company in a deal completed on Monday.

Prior to the sale, City Financial held a 5.31% interest in the company.

Enteq shares closed down 3.9% at 25.00 pence each on Tuesday.

Wish I hadn"t looked in and seen the 5m sell last night, busy mind = no sleep, but was just checking out the latest news about City Financial and we are certainly far from alone. City also divested their entire stake in Rose Petroleum on the same day, Monday 4th as per this article in the Morning Star..........................

LONDON (Alliance News) - Rose Petroleum PLC on Tuesday said that City Financial Investment Co Ltd divested its entire stake in the company.

In a deal completed on Tuesday, City Financial sold its 13.25% holding in Rose taking it to 0%.

Rose Petroleum shares closed up 8.8% at 1.55 pence each.

Good evening inner, thanks for the thumbs up yesterday, at least we know the cause of selling.. We have seen a few trades recently from one fund to another IMHO, might just force a positive outcome with real commitment.. Seems crazy a £1m investment secures 4.5% of Scancell. Just another 16m to go!!! Lets see what develops, Scancell would have known that was coming. Take care.

007 just noticed that RNS. Well they have moved quick, CITY now below 5% and considering the 650k sells yesterday, perhaps a few Sunday Times readers sold too. Interesting those sells largely dried up today, but it explains the quick tick downs we witnessed yesterday.....................................

Not the RNS we were hoping for, but early days as to how quick the wheels were put into motion. i trust Panmure have the wheels in motion to find a buy, so as to ensure some orderly direction for further disposals. Our two biggest iis from the placings, one now in administration and L & G already selling 10% of their holding. On a positive note a cheap buy in price for our collaborators to own 5% plus of Scancell, and i will by Friday got to the Share registry in London to see under what name or trustee A/C even the 200k buy is under and hopefully for more buys which should occur this week. At least we know for purposes of crossing a threshold the trade was posted prior to the RNS.

Just maybe a chance to see if one of our potential suitors i.e.BioNTech have taken a position ahead of any commercial deal, it is certainly a possibility. Will let you guys know. So the volume yesterday was in fact 7,400m the second biggest volume i can remember.

Hoping BioNTech are the new owners too!!! That would spice things up, lol.

Ah the 5m is from yesterday. Wouldn"t have posted it unless there is a share swap of some kind. Expect a few more like that IMHO, but interesting how we rose this morning if there wasn"t one to come.

Granted I wasn"t there at the 2015 AGM, BUT I have known Inanaco and met him often in the 7 years I have been in this share. Don"t always agree, but he never intimated to me he was even a millionaire, Yes, if a couple of projects he hasand owns come off he will be a few times over. He wouldn"t even bother posting his 7/8k share top ups if he was trying to laud his wealth. Just maybe we can stop the swiping, both of you, but more importantly IMHO it doesn"t make great business sense to abandon SCIB 1 trial, and we have seen many commercial deals with far less patients in trial, with far less success rates.

Couldn"t agree more, save for maybe a couple of months. This is why I don"t agree with Knowlesi saying 2021 will be our year. If we don"t get our finances in shape to support the pipeline we have, and cover costs 2021 won"t even happen. As it happens i do believe we are very close to some sort of commercial deal with BioNTech, the reason i took my chances in adding 100k a few week ago. As i have said before even a £10m upfront deal for equity, may send our SP back to the 20s, and it is there we can issue 50m shares and raise another £10m to support our ambitions. Fingers very crossed!!

Anyway, like i said, not having a pop at what Scancell have created, on a low budget too, just understand the disconnect between IP and SP.
