Today, marks too the fourth friend of mine, including my estranged brother, who is attending UCLH since my diagnosis 6 years back, with Lymphonia which has reached the kidneys, diagnosed just Monday, for a regime of Chemotherapy.

Again it is diagnostics which seem to be driving diagnosis in all areas, and affecting many here. CRUK updated their estimates last year that one in two people will be diagnosed with some form of cancer by 2032 an increase from 40%.

No deadline was not the right word to use, and when inanaco discusses my fears for the SP that too is the wrong words. I said some time ago I will probably never see the benefits of my investment, but i am very driven by wanting to see Scancell back in trial and seeing data that so many dream of, no more than many of us who are invested here.

Yes target dates is the correct word, unfortunately for so many patients that is not enough.

Sunset, sadly true. I still believe VAL will one day be the subject of an investigation, at least with regard to the conduct of the Directors, which will make it harder for them to rinse and repeat but not impossible.

I too have an e-mail reply from VAL to a couple of questions I had. It was short, very rude, and mention was made of 2nd hand shareholders.

What amazes me, in that respect, is the only way from the placings we have seen of recent times, to acquire a holding, is by in the market, and all RNSs are geared to drive the SP to spikes. Considering the higher it goes, when it suits the BOD, to get away warrants and further placings, it makes very little sense, if any, to have such contempt for the very same people they are targeting?

Regardless of what some say, the BOD are still only as far as dosing regimes in trials, nowhere near commercialisation, and Val Ju has still not answered where he gets his use of ""world class compounds from""?

True. With regard to our recent collaborations, senior staff and previous experience, happy to think regardless of it being new, we have become a slicker outfit. In retrospect by its very nature so many things are easy to do differently. Time to start seeing the rewards of that.

Just shows, we have seen a few examples of where risk and delays happen in circumstances we would least expect, I guess it happens to the Big Pharma too, but is lost amongst the sheer overall quantity of trials in play. BTW my concerns i voice have little to do with my fears about the SP, just helps me understand why sentiment is what it is, and at the end of the day I just want to see us succeed back in trials,

That post i did yesterday titled ""Standard of Care"" could so easily of been me, a pretty terrifying regime, which nobody should go through, and frustrating we could/might be able to stop many having to go through for what i note was pretty poor survival times, with treatment so often abandoned because the side effects are horrifying.

Inanaco, I agree. Not much scientific basis for this, but i just wondered whether they were concerned with the additional use of Keytruda into the dosing mechanism? Must be something.

Scott Gottllieb did a great job, as much as he could to see trials through, increase Approvals for the Patient population, just hope whoever takes over has his ethos.

A BB deserted, after all that has played out for a long time now, for all the reassurances the posters bring us, Monday seems to have left us just a bit deflated, and in fairness to us, a measure of luck which is always needed, seemed to desert us yet again with the news of City Financials demise. Of all the funds it just had to be our biggest from recent placings!!! With the other Legal & General having sold 10% of their holdings a couple of weeks before.

It doesn"t seem as if the SP has much appeal to LTHs any more, even i found after increasing my stake in the mid 7s my average fell rather less than i hoped, circa 15p, not bad indeed compared to some after buying in at 41p on 20th August 2012.

But the deaire to see us suceed hasn"t waivered, just many who want to hear some good news, even if it means paying more sitting by.

To that end really hoping for news as much as ever, my post last night ""With SCIB 2 In Mind"" filled me with horror just seeing one method of treatment widely used in NSCLC, too close to the mark by far.
