Trinity Delta view: SCIB1 as monotherapy (administered with a previous generation of the Ichor system) has already delivered promising results in the Phase I/II study in melanoma, with one of the 15 patients achieving a partial response (still alive after 5 years) and two achieving stable disease (still alive after 2 years), and was well tolerated. However, the standard of care for melanoma patients is now to be treated with checkpoint inhibitors, such as pembrolizumab, and this trial is important for providing a route to market. We also anticipate that SCIB1 will prove to work synergistically with pembrolizumab. The first data from the trial will probably be available in H120.

It is disappointing, though unsurprising, that discussions with the FDA are still ongoing as this will be the first clinical trial in the US that delivers SCIB1 using the TriGrid v2.0 system, although it has been used in other trials outside the US.

We value Scancell at £82.0m, equivalent to 21.1p a share. Todays SP 7.9P

Down another 6 % on no news that we know of.
Nothing to do with the world markets in general in my humble opinion.

Yes my friend, I think that sums up the day pretty well, it was harsh, and mirrored the one day a week in the last few where we had a similar day, came back at the end of the day and followed up with two good days to even out the fall. Nothing has changed IMHO except the MMs are playing the expected news as a fear, and it would be good to see a buyer return to mop up the 50k and 100k sells we saw today.

Just watched 10 Rillington Place on the Paramount Channel, first time I have ever seen it, and it reminded me just how good an actor Richard Attenborough was. So here"s to a good day tomorrow, and I have remembered why I am here, and what it is I am looking for, hence nothing has changed for me.

Well I didn"t make it to the Share Registry, and didnT even mke it to UCLH, which is very rare, just had zero life in me, no pain but pretty sure the Great English Weather has taken its toll and that ridiculously hot day we had Thursday a week ago was the last straw., and whilst the temperatures have plummetted the humidity levels are still so high. S o after a constructive weekend it has been to bed for me, none more so than yesterday when I slept most of the day.

I saw we had slipped to 6% down, gladly falling to 4.24% down and it was a good example IMHO, not of MM tricks, we have had some soft rises. But the volume yesterday was 335k our smallest for many weeks and the buys eventually overed 130k of those, shose 205k were sold. Harsh, OTT a few of said, rightfully, is that the stuff of a 6% fall? But it seems our 100k seller is well and alive and our buyer had a day off (we hope!!) We couldn"t sell from the bell so falling to 7.50 was pretty inevitable, i thought sub 8p we would see more buys, but the selling ground to a halt at least.

So there were 19 trades yesterday, and I"M pretty sure those holding for news still are, but there is still 100% profit there and don"t blame some for locking it in.

Ruck demonstrated well that the coming weeks COULD be anything from 3-13, I and a few others reckon 6/7 weeks, but it is folly now to suggest news will come tomorrow, it will come when it does, with another buying opportunit sub 8 and around it for buyers to ponder. Would love to see our buyer return tomorrow, would love more to see news, but it will come when it does, no sooner.

So hopefully a strong rebound from these red days that do look harsh and as Ruck also said rather humourasly we are just taking a longer run up to smash double figures. The second day running I have woken convinced it was the morning, well not the end of the world and two of the finest cups of tea I have had in a long time!! Morning Crumbs. I would like to think and do think issues like being in receipt of the electrocorporation equipment and testing of the SCIB1 vaccine are issues that would have been done already. I agree Knowlesi made a relevent point there as to the logistics, but it makes sense to me with so many others to consider that those two particular items and a few more have been done already as a matter of course.

It didn"t feel too long ago that we were waking up to bright blue skies and the clock ticked at 03.55 in the morning, Not so now as it is 04.35 and it is still very dark. I used to love those mornings when I was in business, wherever I was my day would start then, I could even get to my office in Liverpool by 07.30 in time to hear the first of the grannies had sadly passed away that weekend, couldn"t attend work and I learnt quickly that unlike anywhere else it was just grannies that passed and a few had more than one!! So Mondays became ""double bonus day"" for those who hadn"t been hit by a rogue alcoholic poisoining bug, the rest is history, they were great days, a grea bunch and taught me things I had never dreampt of.

A bit like LSE lol, and I thought i was streetwise, ha, the learning curve that never ends.

So another new week bestowed upon us, and feeling excited to what it could bring, first and foremost news of Patient Recruitment and first patients/all dosed. Remember we are dealing with late stage cancer, speed is of the essence, they need their doses immediately, every passing day they become iller. Those are the facts and from Scancells point of view every day they become harder to treat. Not too concerned with not finding the trial under clinical trials.gov, as I said Konar and Bermuda will sort that one out. When? Well stuck my neck out for this week and i do expect patients dosed as well.

Exciting times for holders, Scancell and the patients who without their misfortune we have nothing, and for those who have just joined us as in the SCIB1 Mono Trials a few years back now, the feeling as patients lives are being extended is one to savour and we must repeat. Hoping we hold above 8 for the next step up, and there is still plenty of news to come IMHO in the short term to keep us fured up. Have a good day all.

Correction........The vast majority of individual trades are holding. Friday we had 13 trades, 6 buys and 7 sells. Up to last week we were seeing 3/4 buys to sells almost daily, and TBH we are being walked down, but very very slowly, I think we were down nearly 10% on that, harsh. To recovery tomorrow, will sellers take it sub 7p? ets see. Night.

Yes indeed I do know the feeling and if feelings can run so high then simply filter it.

Yes it was and I seem to remember it was showing patients still being recruited when it was fully recruited. Every thing seems so long ago. I guess it was.
