Well BBs are all about opinions, both positive and negative, and as you know I spend an awful lot of time here. Thinking back over the weeks and months since City Financial had to sell there holding and we fell to the low 3s we have seen an unprecedented demand for shares, certainly in my time here, nigh on 7 years then the Vulpes news taking a 17% holding in Scancell at just 5p.
Many of us looked at that price when the share price was around 5.5p I think, and thought that seems very cheap. After all it valued us at 5p, but each passing week since as we have largely seen days that were blue with many more blue trades than red IMHO I have been thinking why the BOD agreed the deal at that price. After all it was just £4m, they had alternatives? And since that news we have climbed even touching 10p and an unprecedented demand for shares and it seems somebodyhas been building a pretty large holding. A PI? I don"t think so. What if the BOD agreed that deal with the knowledge of future funding whether it be Vulpes, who could be building further, or from investors Vulpes will bring to the company. Perhaps we are seeing investors taking stakes in Scancell?, and the seller/s could be any number of iis that took part in the 10p placing. Just my thoughts, I do believe there was something a lot more than just £4m, that brought Vulpes here.
Ruck suggested today the ""coming weeks"" could be anywhere between 3-13 weeks, I believe more in jest than anything factual, it is possible, I believe it meant around 6 weeks, and by the end of next week it will be seven ,I miscounted. Somebody posted a few days ago they believe Scancell will announce all patients recruited and even first patient/s injected, well i believe that too. When? Well i will stick with by the end of next week, but that is just a guess. Seven weeks sounds to me like in the "coming weeks"..............and it will be interesting if the stake building falls away from now on?
So that is just my opinion, perhaps I can ask, what is yours?
