There was mention of criticism of CH again, where is that coming from?

Well it certainly has been a mood change since we were told about the Sky News appearance and the question really is where do we go from here. I think there were many of us stating that media thrust had ended, well it certainly hadn"t and it would be something if there was another programme providing an update on global efforts to halt this virus for Scancell to be invited and put their case forward in a further different setting featuring ""experts"" in the field, and better still in a setting where questions such as how Oxford and Imperial College manage to get such Government funding when companies like Scancell have a candidate which looks so promising and has a science been proven to work in another setting behind it already.

Funny enough on this occasion I don"t agree with you. It is far less usual for an AIM Biotech to get the headlines, whether it be in the papers or media, especially given it is a partnership and seeking funding in the manner we are I think is better to go with the Hospital and University, connecting the links between Lindy and stating the science has been trialled before by Lindy through her vehicle Scancell.

So Scancell were really not joking when they announcced our COVID plans and told us what they would be seeking to do back in April 24th, and I am very hopeful it doesn"t end here. This is massive for the world as a whole, and for Scancell even more so, it really could be the making of us not just in finding a treatment for this virus, but in our ability to raise for future funding in existing platforms.

Lets just hope this has legs

Evening Guys, just emerged from one of my 24 hour sleeps, so obviously missed out on the days proceedings after feeling very chuffed at our appearance on Sky News last night. Many thanks to everyone for the links to it, and although I haven"t read too much on David Evans involvement, many thanks to him for whatever role he played in making it happen.

Just one question for anyone who knows and funny enough Crumbs just touched upon in his last post. is what financial backing exists in this country whether it be Government or not, for exactly the purpose of what Scancell are trying to reach out for?? Seems to me we must have exhausted any known channels, hopefully in the system somewhere we are still alive, but I am hoping after seeing the clip that question can be addressed. Surely someody in Government is in a position to look at our claims and see the opportunity we present even just compared to whatever candidates exist at Oxford or the Imperial College where funding has been made so readily available??

I have no doubt many serious players in the Industry have come to learn about our ambitions and validity to be entrusted with funds for a project that is so vital globally.

There must of been a lot of excitement expended when the RNS lights came on, I am delighted to hear that news about Avidamab, and is something I have repeatedly reminded even myself of the potential for commercial deals from our three collaborations, the first of which reaches 12 months by August this year. Wouldn"t it be something if we can secure the funding needed for the SCIB1 and MOD1 upcoming trials when we can get the goahead to recruit. Obviously it would seem that moment is not amongst us now, but it will be, I believe sooner rather than later.

So for now just delighted we have become a talking point through Sky News coverage and I guess we can only wait for further news, but I am pretty sure our phones were busier today than perhaps they have been at any time in recent times.

Just noticed our volume exceeded 2.5m with over 70 trades, we have been trading just under 1m a shares a day recently with about 25/30 trades a day.

Interesting isn"t it? Sky will know they have had Scancell on before, so would they being an update on their search for funding?? I rather doubt that as we didn"t really explain the platform it has come from or was used in a Phase1 cancer trial, successfully and we are now changing the target.

So why would we be on again?? To announce a new runner in the race for a cure to the virus, and being a small British Biotech from Oxford newsworthy just for that, to say we have had to pull out because of funding?? Well that wouldn"t make sense not being a household name.

But there is a reason for it, and if price sensitive would have to be RNSed some time today or obviously in the morning at 7.00, but it would make more sense to come from Scancell themselves just in case something is said which is not accurate. So wonder if that could happen later today, other than that just cant see a reason why we would be on for a second time.

WTP, as I said yesterday and this morning we seem to rising now on each and every buy. Lets see if we can push past 6p, as I said, I have a very good feeling about this.
