About ten days ago Matt Han**** in one of the televised updates spoke of Oxfords vaccine, saying the Government will be stockpiling the vaccine, irrespective of whether it passes any trials or not and that Imperial was entering trials in the next few days. As you are suggesting there was no Plan B whatsoever.

Yes I do find that astonishing, and whilst expecting a raising shortly through Vulpes to take us into the New Year I just wonder whether we are planning to go it alone, maybe if all goes well leading up to a Phase 1 trial, financial backing just maybe will become available whether in the U.K Or not.

Any thoughts on that??

Agree about one thing, that is removal of posts that are not personal and untrue, but I cannot see any posts removed as you say.

Still highly misleading, and the only fact is an associate of the Diggles sold just under 1% of the total holdings!!! Don"t think you can blame anyone for questioning that buddy.

It was notified as associates of Diggle sold a small amount of the second tranche that was bought at 5.5p, which could easily have been his daughter at 7p, total £7k, which to me hardly constitutes Vulpes have also sold down scancell., in the manner you are trying to convey.

I have always suggested Vulpes Plan B would be to inject new funds where appropiate and posted early this morning I felt we would get an RNS today with funding as the next news on the cards. Last time they bought in at 5p we rose to 9.4p off the back of that and would still leave us time to get a commercial deal from the three collborations or any partnership deals before MOD1. Pretty obvious to me that the latest relaation of COVID lockdown rules puts us today in a position to discuss timelines again, hence the RNS today which people were expecting at a time when Scancell could not say anything about timelines.

In that lies the charges of some being negative for the sake of it, what could Scancell have said about H1 2001 without knowing better trials could go ahead!!??

Scancell's Moditope® platform represents a completely new class of potent and selective immunotherapy agents based on stress-induced post-translational modifications (siPTM) such as citrullination. The publication describes the first Moditope® vaccine, Modi-1, and its ability to stimulate potent T cell responses that translate into tumour protection in melanoma and ovarian cancer models. The responses were mediated by CD4 T cells and were also able to protect against a second challenge of the tumour confirming the induction of a memory response. The paper also confirms that conjugating the Modi-1 citrullinated peptides to the toll-like receptor-stimulating adjuvant AMPLIVANT®, previously licensed from ISA Pharmaceuticals, allows the therapeutic dose to be reduced by up to 100-fold. In January 2020, the Company provided an update on progress towards initiating the Modi-1 Phase 1/2 clinical trial. This has been advanced further with successful completion of GMP drug substance manufacture for all three of the conjugates that comprise the Modi-1 product. Importantly, the technical challenges reported in January concerning one of the peptide components have been successfully resolved, enabling progression to GMP drug product manufacture and formulation of clinical supplies in Q3 2020.

Following these disposals Vulpes Testudo/Vulpes Life Sciences Fund holds 11,452,435 ordinary shares representing 14.0% of the Company.



The Vulpes Testudo/Vulpes Life Sciences Fund has several investments across the life sciences sector of which the shareholdings in Oxford Biomedica have become increasingly significant as a proportion of the overall funds under management. The proceeds from this sale are expected to be invested in other portfolio companies in the near future.
