Over the last few years much has been said about the incapabilities of the Scancell BOD, we have had many debates on the subject and whilst I have always said there is so much we don"t know and I trust them in future raises, the SP rarely lies, but the amount we have raised tells us we are ready now to push forward on many fronts, enabling us to issue very prie sensitive news with many inflection points on the way.

Ruck you posed a question a week or so back on whether Chris Holloway has made a good CEO, I think at the time nobody wanted to go there, but now with the raising behind us, and the ft that JC and CH have taken so much criticism, can I ask you now whether CH has made a good CEO?? The answer for me is it is still too early to judge, and we know the points we can make a true opinion but I think it has been a difficult time to judge him, with delays to trials, results of collaborations still to come, Glycan/Mabs news, Biontech, SCIB2, COVIDITY and Avidamab about to come.

I think Redmile coming aboard is a huge sign of our prospects and reflects in the sie of the raising which fuels my confidence endlessly at this juncture. Interested to hear how others see it. Does anybody think Redmiles involvement is anything but a huge validation for Scancells science and other platforms?? Seems to me from comments made here that is certainly the case, and is being reflected in the share price staying around the 7p mark when there is an easy profit to take just y selling OO shares around this price.

At this stage!!! I will repeat, Mondays tend to be a high volume day these days, lets see how it turns out, but I do believe any weakness in the SP will be seized upon by LTH, Newbies, traders and.................me!!! Well we haven"t got long to see how the OO has turned out, I will be delighted to get mt 37k, already allocated 16k and it will dictate many Plan Bs amongst us all, and I can"t help but think any day we could get news that will mount pressure on the SP to rise, and from my understanding the fact CH cancelled Proactive for now, doesn"t me any day soon on news he won"t be doing an interview with Proactive the day news drops. So I know any weakness to 6p I will get 33k more and I think that applies to not just me. Lets see how the dice rolls, lets have a great week and a great start to it.

Agree GF, Ruck and many others our next goal is smashing through 10p, which just never looked like happening until funding was sorted IMHO.

Well ` the only good thing that came out of todays Cup Final for me is I haven"t been able to sleep a wink all night and I am exhausted, but have had the opportunity to have caught up with the BB last week.!!!

Well done Ruck for putting Aubamayang down in your Dream Team, but sorry to hear what you are going through in the pain department, just wish you a speedy recovery and hope you have a great day Tuesday for your wifes birthday in what sounds like will be a very busy day. Your post amused me in reference to what day are we in this week any week, this coronavirus has done many things to all people but the last few weeks I have been losing a couple of days a week due to being basically exhausted and I find myself needing to check what day it is almost every day. Fortunately to my total inability to know what day it is, I have very conveniently transferred most of my memories of todays game into my sub concious and can just about say I can hardly remember a thing a bit like the majority of the last ten years, so very grateful for all I learnt many years ago with my hypnotherapy in regard to the subconcious mind, it really does work!!!

A very interesting selection of posts last week and one thing that stood out for me behind just about many point of views is the confidence, with news expected in so many areas of us breacking 10p in the near future. I posted last week I think how i considered selling just my allocated OO shares for instant gains, but that was just for 17k shares I have applied for 38k which I had in my account from the last few trades I ended in the last few weeks.

I get a strong feeling 5.5p this time will be history as a buy in price/top up for the foreseeable future, preferably ever, and yes on any new I feel we are ready to finally crack 10p and one of the reasons i made a few good calls was I couldn"t see us breaking 10p until news of a raising would come so took advantage of the 6/9p price range, rinse and repeat and feeling this could well be the last 5.5p share I am seeking a much larger return, certainly over 10p, over irding my new principle of securing around a 2pt gain each trade, the best was shares I had at 5.40 and selling at 8.75 a while back, but yes very refreshing to her so many people thinking the same and whilst i wasnt following the trades most of the week it doesnt have to be a rocket scientist to see we are down to 12/15 trades a day, very few sells, so the market opinion it seems is it is not just us feeling that. Delighted with this deal as I was when i read the RNS and thanks to those who have been reserching Redmile, this normally not being a type of share at this M/Cap they would get involved with, but it confirmed my thoughts they are backing the science here in the long term and I just wonder if those vaidations are running through Big Pharma for the same reasons.

Holding 7p nicely, still trying to work out shares in issue. Really not difficult, but just from the top of my head with R & D credits and £3m cash in hand we have an awful lot of money in our cash runway, the most we have ever had.

Well I said I would work on body clock now and get back to some kind of normality and have been reading a lot about findings from the many trials operating, indays just gone by. Nothing surprisingly new there but shows consistant findings from one group after another which shows they are on track as to reercussions of the virus in groups of peope who have proved positive to the virus. Enjoted reading the BB again yesterday many good posts, good questions and excellent answers and it just goes to show the interest in the COVIDITY platfor which tome is gaining traction and support as one of the candidates due to get funding for trials which will only add some positivity to Scientists hopes of finding a vaccine/s that will work, which ido not get the impressio there is much that is fitting the bill. Some very good points made by jonjo and shareduard yesterday which I am gaining confidence daily as to obtaining the funding necessary to set new standards of care,m and in a proven platform at thatbgoing by results in the SCIB1 trial. How good to see such good points being made withoutneeding to provethey are the only opinions that have any credibilityand it is the questionsthey ask, the answers that are given which help so much in deciding what makes more sense., and lets not forget a great post from David Evans and how good to see his confidence shine through Looking forward to more of the same here and the coutesy that goes with it. I said many times I didn"t want to put more money into my holding and licky this rum I"m having with my last trade of 26.700 odd provided the money to take up my 16k and hopefully the 37k in total if I can get them. If i knew i had them perhaps i wouldhave sold at 7p and just banked the £535 profitbut do feel the SP will provide more profit in August and not so sure we will see 5.5p again for a very long tme time, hopefully ever, and my next tranche is 80k between 7.5/7.9. What i do know is when the SP was 7p on bid i was showing a loss of 49.35%and it hasn"t been as low as that for some time, and considering I had never traded this until thisyear and bought in at 41p and 35p, pretty grateful to be at that. and for the first time in avery long time I can see the possibility of reducing that average in the coming months. I had no idea the Proactive intervies had been canceled today till I asked, was glad it was as I never understood the timing of it, but late in the day to do it, did it have to be so late??

Thanks Bermuda for your reply to cars re valuations on platforms. A very hard question to answer, perhaps crumbs can explain again what he was talking about and in what platforms and timelines he meant it. Just delighted with the news we have had the past week, there has been so uch uncertainty around us and many others for a while now, it can only be good to have the finances sorted out now and to be able to react to all the opportunities that might open up in the very near future, have there ever been so many at one given time?? and have we ever had so much cash behind us to react to anything that presents itself without losing any further ground.

Does anyone know whether any of the majors are finalising plans for trials, i haven"t read anything saying that but perhaps someone has??

Thank you shareguard very much, as I said Monday it is living from scan to scan but no complacency, in fact little I can do.

THere is a twist to the story, in as much as I have so many other terminal conditions all degenerative so it has always been hard to define what is what, but those won"t change, but it is just special to know that particular one is at bay for now. I hope many who are going something similar with themselves or loved ones got a lift that nothing is impossible, despite giving up a few times myself.

As the volumes have been increasing so have the trades sells and buys obviously. It could be for any reason couldn" it, might just have suited just one investor from the last raisings to sell any stock left. Not so sure we have much to learn from that, the important thing is MMs have been wanting sells 500k and over for days, But as said before it wont be the last or first similar trade we will see here in the weeks ahead.

Till tomorrow eh, something has to fuel the buys we have been seeing all week.

Knowlesi, wasn"t aware of the 660k sell until you have just mentioned it, where is it listed, can"t see under trades.

Regardless, why do you have to keep leading with comments like a team ramp meeting, MMs have been wanting very large sells all week and they tend to get them.

A question for you, what is it in this raising that leaves us more susseptable to a hostile offer that didnt or hasnt been a risk all along??

Yes an excellent post by NXC, and it does add to confidence what he has done, and noted the comments about Redmile. Maybe it is a sign too that Redmile are not planning to be here for ""very long term"" as it is unusual for them to invest this way, so I am presuming this has been brought on by validations in the Industry of our Science and individual platforms.

Remarkable to think it was only a week ago today that we were informed of this raising, and I mean that in respect of sentiment it has brought and the surge of interest in Scancell, particularly at a time IMHO that hopes for COVIDITY are rising and the ""deadline"" of 12 months for the collaborations to run on AVIDIMAB are getting closer every day. With respect to us becoming a takeover target on the cheap, well that situation has been a distinct possibility for some time now anyway.

It was funny Monday night when I said I must rethink my long term stratagy now, I actually did through to Tuesday but that has changed now a bit with the Proactive interview being cancelled tomorrow.

Off the back of a good run I did consider selling my OO shares for around 7p on Monday, decided not too for two reasons, one I have only 16.5k allocated and there was no certainty I would get the 37k I have applied for, but I really do think and was the reason I didn"t that the days of buying in the 5s could well be over, so I am looking for a bigger return on my 5.5p shares than 7p. A monicum of good news from any platforms could well take us past 10p after 7 attempts and I am sure it was not just me who felt only a succesful raising would achieve that.

Thanks Bermuda for your reply to Cars, as I said it is a very hard question to answer given what we know and more importantly what we don"t, but Chester as you say by the time the OO shares are allocated, sometime on the 12th I think we could well know a lot more, despite the Forum end of August, so for me it is a hold, waiting for more news and importantly more than ever a higher SP. I recognise I got into the right price ranges whilst I took 1.5/2.5p profits, but I do really think at 5.5p larger margins could well present themselves in the weeks to come.

Just out of interest Ivy what degensive stratagy could Scancell put into place to lower the chances of a hostile take over, and I wonder what thoughts LD has on that very matter. She regardless would stand to make a fortune, but i do feel that is not her driver here at this particular time??

A fair point WTP, but I was expecting CH to discuss Redmile, confirm what the raising will fund, but the reason I was surprised he was doing an interview was because if he doesn"t mention something would that be taken as nothing to say, nothing he can say, and with regard to trials I doubt with sudden outbreaks of coronavirus we are no nearer to getting definitive dates for trials. So from the viewpoint of not creating speculation not unhappy it has been cancelled for now anyway.

I remember that post mainly because I wasn"t sure what exactly crumbs was trying to put a value to and TBH still don"t.

Find it just as difficult to put a value on COVIDITY if we can raise the funds for a Phase1/2 trial, nor for AVIDIMAB as I just don"t know what we are comparing other deals too. So a pretty difficult one to attach value to, I just know that considering less than two weeks ago we were ""priced as an AIM start up"" and Inanaco called us ""ludicrously cheap"" nothing much has changed there at all.

Anyway the cancellation of this Proactive interview (even at this stage) does not mean we have no news coming, far from it, so hopefully in the near future we can start to get the one thing we have struggled for so long now, a realistic value for the company as a whole. Inanaco, got any ideas on that one too??

Yes I am pleased it has been cancelled too for your reasons and mine. It doesn"t affect any hopes I have for COVIDITY or AVIDIMAB, in fact we just might have definitive news by end August and as far as SCIB1 and MOD1 go, we might also have something more definitive by then to discuss trial starting dates and sites as well.

Could well be, mind you I thought having any interview prior to completion of OO seemed a bit odd, but hey news waits for nobody, hope it is though for us.
