I was rather underwhelmed by that documentary last night, or was it the vaccines under scrutiny are pretty underwhelming themselves, or was it me that felt pretty tired watching it. Anyone got any thought as to it??

Bermuda/Chester, thanks for that Bermuda, so it is really down to everyones opinion how they perceive the cancellation. My thoughts are very simple, there is not too much they can say definately just yet about trials, and just perhaps a time where theycant say anything about Covidity or Avidamab as they might well be in negotions on other platforms??

Well I have 17k allocated and I have put in for 37k which I am not expecting to get in full. I think you said it is dependant on Calculas and another, I have spoken to around 7/8 people of which all are taking up the OO and half have put in for quite a few extra, so on that basis 2 of the guys I spoke too I didn"t expect would, but have and the impression I get from just a few posters here suggests they mainly are. OK, so are you saying tomorrow is the last day monies have to be in account?? Which means today was the last day to sell for a small profit. I didn"t consider it on the basis I don"t think we will see 5.5p again, well I certainly hope that is the case. ATB

2) Posting todays volume, buys and sells, swells being 250k odd and buys about 56k. some ramp!!??

3) Suggesting whgat night happen if weget good news, in a market where you can lose 5% on 300k traded???

Put into perspective if we can lose 5.04% on such tiny volumes, and leaving trials aside, can we only imagine what could happen with good news on the Covitity and Avidamab Platforms alone!!!

I just have a sneaky feeling that the Proactive interview was cancelled so as not to mention those 2 platforms at all, pending very good news. Just a thought.................GN

Moditope® represents a completely new class of potent and selective immunotherapy agents based on stress-induced post-translational modifications (siPTM). It stimulates the production of killer CD4 T cells which overcome the immune suppression induced by tumours, allowing activated T cells to seek out and kill tumour cells that would otherwise be hidden from the immune system. Moditope® alone, or in combination with other agents, has the potential to treat a wide variety of cancers.

· Modi-1 is being developed for the treatment of solid tumours including triple negative breast cancer, ovarian cancer, renal cancer and head and neck cancer.

AvidiMab™ is a technology platform which increases the avidity of human antibodies by promoting non-covalent Fc-Fc interactions. This modification induces the direct tumour cell killing properties of Scancell's anti-glycan monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) but has broad potential to increase the avidity or potency of any therapeutic monoclonal antibody including those being developed for autoimmune diseases, as well as cancer

Just perhaps we couldn"t get that sum then, the SCIB1 combo trial wasn"t on the table then, nor was MOD1 ready.

Avidimab and Covidity certainly didn"t exist. I think once again it is a case of proportioning blame when there is a reason behind it? Just my thoughts.

I have said so many times that is my last buy, but funds transferred for a target buy, really hoping we don"t go there though!!!

Didn"t mean to suggest you were, just bringing up the subject, as some opinions would have changed by the raising, and more opinions will hopefully make people feel more confidence if we can get commercial deals from Avidamab or COVIDITY, just to mention a couple.

People have been blaming the BOD for amounts and timings of previous raisings, so I am presuming they take all the credit for this one, and it crystalises a point, being there is always something we just don"t know, which some are quick to proportion blame, presumeing nothing is happening at any one given time.

I think that goes for JC too. In retrospect he put in place 4/5 years ago a new stratagy which in hindsight a few of us, me included, should have picked up on timelines needed to make things happen. Lets face it many did, hence the sliding SP we have witnessed first hand during that time. I just get the feeling as some do now that this the point to buy in for what could be an incredible journey in the next 18 months, or so.

First time for months that SCAP weren"t the first MM to open their books. It was JBER in at 6.1/7.1 who were the first to open this morning. Mean anything?? no idea, but it is literally the first time in months

I have had a great chance since Friday of reading back on this BB in the last 10 days or so, going back to the funding announcement in fact. There have been many tremendous posts in that time, will now take me a week to catch up on the many interesting links posted too. For sentiment really enjoyed your post on Saturday evening at around 7, I think................

Really nice reply to Inan's efforts from this morning.

He is at times a bit like Marmite, love him or hate him, but he has posted very good info over many years which has been invaluable to me on my investment here, he can IMO see the bigger picture beyond the "trading" scenario, just wish some would cut him some slack... don't even look at the rubbish on ADVFN with Mr stuck keyboard

Yeah fully agree with that, it has been one of many constants over the years, tremendous input (most of the time, lol) and IMHO the information he has provided has really benifited me in understanding the science behind the platforms. I read your comments too about ADVFN, I have my own personal reasons for not reading that BB, but it is fair to say most of the posters who I prefer to swerve, have also taught me a lot about many issues and it is hard to say they have been wrong over a few big issues too. Particularly pleased there are a few from there who I enjoy reading there posts here and whether it is positive or negative they provoke thoughts, as long as you can decipher the many codes and hidden meanings behing each post, lol, which teach you how to post and never be wrong!!!!!!

But yes I agree with you, the manner in which he is portrayed, each word coming under such scrutiny is something I don"t enjoy reading here, especially whenthey are issues from the ADVFN BB at the expense of such excellent posting as I have read back on the last couple of weeks here, particularly now as we enter a new stage in the Scancell biopic, slates wiped clean and many reasons to be optimistic again, for those (like me) who at times have lost patience, but the amount raised here and the pipeline we have says a lot about our science, and I presume Redmiles decision reflects to some degree the opinions of big Pharma too. So lets get going!!!! News today?? Well you just never know.
