Exactly guys, if you notice at evry juncture a negative position is being taken by a few and becoming embedded as facts.

As hasiba correctly points out there is some reluctance to bring us down further, volumes are very low and the spread in general has been quite high the last few weeks. Who would bet against news from the left field before Xmas takingus into a New Year and in a far better shape than we entered tis year, and I do wonder whowhich Pharma gave the green light to Redmile to swoop with such purpose. That deal would have raised many eyebrows in the industry a deal that has out a small AIM Biotech under the microscope in a big way and yes I still do feel another 3rd party/ii could well be looking for stake, particularly to take Moditope through trials with patients numbering 80 odd.

WTP, yes you have heard me say this on many occasions but there are groups on here determined undermine posters, the BOD and everything we are working towards, they ccome when sentiment takes a dive and spread there feelings of doubt to all and sundry, well it doesn"t stack up to me at all. Looking forward to seeing us prove the doubters wrong but are they doubter r just wanting to buy back in as cheap as posible when they can. So they wuestion the integrity of posters, put doubt on to what they claim are buys, and criticised for not announcing sells when clearly there have been no profits made these past few week to justify that. Can"t believe that is not as clear as day.

So come on guys , lets get behind what could be a very big bagger and put these spurrious pots in their place.

The important thing is we have Redmile on board, in what has been a very difficult year for everybody. None of us could have imagined us raising £48m earlier in the year when were trading 6-9p, and who would have thought we would touch 18p this year back then??

So yes I do and still do think there is something in particular that got Redmile moving so quickly to take a position of 29.97%. I guess time will be the judge, but we are entering the New Year with a spring in our heels, funded and having made some key appointments still growing internally. It stands as the biggest validation we have ever had, I just felt and still do that Redmile had reason to believe getting back into trials will come sooner rather than later. But yes, all in all Pivotal Year and now we just have to take everything forward as quickly as we can. It is just a shame that the excitement has turned into lethargy. I don"t think it will be too long before we start testing 18p again. As Ruck said once again we need patience....where have we heard that before?

Hi Chester, just saw your post buddy, wishI knew, so much depends on trials, but I don"t believe that after the Redmile deal and Vulpes buying more that anyone expects a 4 month period of "no news", and it perhaps brings to light Vulpes position on the resolutions why do we need all the money now if it is just to sit there doing nothing except for giving us the funds so tht we can move quickly on the SCIB1 and MOD1 trials when the opportunity arises.

Know how you feel about nobody having a view, it has happened repeatedly since Inanaco has moved on to pastures anew which is why I addressed my questions eventually to Bermudashorts and Burble who had the courtesy to reply as ever. We miss inanaco IMHO at least he had a view on everything, like it or not. And those who have/are building big holdings never had to be subjected to some more of the garbage we saw today.

It is impossible to guess even what news comes next, although it should be COVIDITY, but there are a few who say with some certainty there will be no news till Spring..............I wonder why??

Well it would be something to be able to sell any shares for a profit since we were touching 18p.

Thanks for your very "thorough" reply. It would be good to know under what basis Redmile have calculated when we might get to increase our IP through trials, the big positive being they can see a time, hopefully sooner than later, and it has hardly deterred them from making this investment.

Morning Guys, hopesprings................well that would be the plan and raising that £48m allows us to take the platforms onto the next stage. Who can say what happens next, but armed with great data the opportunities will be so much greater for us, and the human resources at the company will be that much greater. It is an exciting journey ahead, very frustrating we are being held back by the covid virus, before that is has often been just the money, and it is so ironic that when we finally get the kind of amount we have dreamed of we are restricted to what we can do next.

I am hopeful that the Big Pharma have come up with plans as to how they can proceed back to human trials, it is a tragedy of ourtimes that with so much progress in the field of oncology, matters are not being progressed in trials. I have read some weird comments about Redmile on these pages, but how grateful should we be for such an investment during these times and with so much uncertainty in proving up their investment too. Hopefully a resolution can be found soon.

Ruck, is that really the case. I would have thought as a high risk investment the iis would need to see a bigger return as the risk of failure is so high??

I remember a few years ago we were discussing that there was a line that exists between mega success stories, like Keytruda, Opvido perhaps and downright failures where candidates just never see Approval. Would be interested to hear your comments on that............and of course the rise from 50p to 70p lol. I always had a problem discussing valuations around that £3.20 a share mark to many more £££!s more, it just didn"t seem realistic, and with dilution and what will be needed to take us through any Phase 3 trials seems as unlikely now as it was then, but I must say I have raised my estimation from 50p to a £1 but of course is purely a guess and whether we can stay independant long enough to achieve that level. What I can imagine if we can get cancer trials going is to see a move to NASDAQ in the next 2/3 years, once we have collated data from Phase 1 trials, and a good reminder from Bermudashorts that MOD1 could be as many as 80 patients on its own, which I am sure is the reason why we have raised £48m to achieve that and have the right personnel in place to support that. So for me with good data from trials that would be the time to transition to NASDAQ and I just wonder what you might be able to raise in an IPO to take us further forward to even get close to achieving the highest of estimations re share price. I would be very surprised if that wasn"t the plan, and on that basis I am surprised you see 20p as a point where Redmile are satisfied with their investment, especially when you consider we touched 18p pretty recently just on monies we have raised to fulfill trials.

Anyway, we can talk for ages about that and I haven"t even mentioned COVIDITY or Avidamab into any equations, nor anything else that we might have plans to develop further.

Keep safe all. getting excited about the thought of being set free from this lockdown, it has been 10 weeks for me, which has had to include not seeing any friends, and whilst I won"t feel comfortable still to visit pubs or restaurants or larger gatherings of people I am dying to start going on walks, keeping as safe as possible and getting reacquanted with the world again, I must say the first lockdown I handled pretty well as it wasn"t too great a change from my "normal" but the last few weeks I have increasingly found it far more difficult and funny enough I am hearing that from many people.

Botski, that was the quetion behind my posts to Burble and Bermuda shorts. Surely this situation of "no trials" can continue into another year? How many companies can afford to spend current expenditure on overheads not including trial progression? Beats me.

The recent scramble to invest and increase holding in Scancell can hardly be put as "" rather sobering"", they will know the exact position of where and what we are up too, otherwise why invest such vast sums at this stage unless something very good is coming.

I believe with the plans that might be going on to get back to a kind of normal would be someting you have researched thoroughly and again would be more than interested to hear your take on the subject in question.

With SCIB1 and COVIDITY in trials H1 2021, it will release the pressure on the log jam that has been growing all the time, and a definite timeline for MOD1 would complete the trio ready and waiting. We know they are multi trials in a way, over a few indications but am I right we have still not been advised of patient numbers for the upcoming trial. Any thought about that would be very useful too. Presumably that alone will keep us more than busy and then development can continue to the next candidates from the Moditope and Immunobody platforms, and I haven"t got a clue as to our plans with SCIB2 being released back to us from CRUK and whether that will have to wait longer stll before being seen in clinical trial.

T he importance of COVIDITY is massive and signs of exceptional data will surely boost the standing if the SCIB1/Keytruda trial. Which is wh I think both trials will start pretty much together . We haven"t heard too uch about the Commitee appointed to overseer the MOD1 trial all that time ago, do you think their recommendations have had any bearing on the new appointments, this is a big trial and its importance to Scancell is massive, and as ever we only get one shot to produce solid data, and in all trials it can only encourage Big Pharma to play a big role in later stage development with an eye on Phase 3 trals and commercialisatin under their watchful eyes and speeded up as much as we wouldlove to see later in 2021.

Yes I do think good news on these items will give a significant boost to the M/Cap, and all the while recognising that we have £48m cash to back us, and if we call each million as par in the Market Cap we find ourselves in a situation where the IP taking the M/Cap to £92m is priced very lowly considering te huge cash balance afforded to us, which eans freat scope for a Higher M/Cap in the short term regardless of whatever news we get on any other platforms.

We have never had the luxury of such a cash warchest before, a very exciting prospect as we have seen over the years how difficult it has been to grow on raisings of £6/7m a time. Mow what our plans in spending it, a nicer problem to have with ne big elephant in the room removed. So hoping we start hearing this news before hearing how wonderful an individuals trading A/C has been on a daily basis, got no issues hearing genuine ones advising s of what looks likely to achieve a good return, but ot after the event ones which in many occasiond dont even exist. Ratty, good post, yeah we have been asking this question for some time now, unfortunately to no avail, it would seem logical to presume that on solid data worthy of entering a Phase 1 trial, as was always the case nor funding would be likely to see us through this next stage, just haven"t got the answers, to how much and how far with patients new funding will take us.

So Burble, I hope you are reading this BB, there are a few items we would love to hear your views on, the appointments of Dr Gillies and Dr Miller, the roles they will asume any INYHO what news are wikely to expect ASAP, now they with us in Scancell. Also by being in the Industry I presume you hear the whispers about how we are to re boot trials despite this virus, would there have to be changes to endpoints, what in your opinion would need to be done to get trials started again. I am presuming to finalise the Redmile deal and account for further Vulpes buying they are doing so expecting to be back in trials sooner rather than later.

So yor opinions are really needed at tis time to give us some directon and timelines to hold onto, I look forward to reading your take as soon as you can reply. ATVB

Yep, none of us will ever forget this year for sure, and I can"t help wondering what kind of world we will emerge into either.

I know yesterday was ten weeks since I came out of hospital for the second time, and I haven"t been out in all that time, and I know for sure mentally the last three weeks have been very hard indeed at a time when I have felt I am ready to rejoin the world for the first time since we flew to the Midlands AGM, only to find the world has seemingly closed up on me. Ironic indeed.

Yeah, I agree Inanaco has been a big loss to this BB, despite ""what comes with it"", there has been so much news the last few months I would love to hear his take on it all, whether I agree or disagree with him, as applies to any poster.

I am just waiting to hear something positive as to possible trial dates with COVIDITY and SCIB1 for the New Year, and whereas we just don"t know when it will be possible to restart the SCIB1 trial yet, we know the big boys managed to get large numbers into trials with the first generation Covid vaccines, so I presume our two latest additions to the company are finally putting together our plan for our Covid trial. and all the Pharmas should have concluded plans for all human trials, obviously oncology included. Can we only imagine the effects of no clinical trials to the Medical world, and of course for many patients they may have missed the chances of early detection which will unfortunately show up in the coming year as deaths take a U-Turn and increase, at a time when treatment for many cancers were showing positive results.

Anyway buddy, if you are feeling a bit stir crazy and wondering what ""normal"" actually is, don"t worry, you are not alone, I know it is much harder for those of you with families or/and businesses to save, I feel a little bit fortunate I do not have that problem, but obviously like others wish I did too.
