Morning Ivy, no I have been sleeping the last couple of weeks away, but logic prevails it was a buy and even better the selling seems to have ceased for now.

Lets hope we can start the move back north now, it was a nice buy from Vulpes and could be another RNS to come this afternoon. ATB

Slightly different takes and yes Bermuda you have commented on thi before, My understanding has alaways been that the £2.7m funding was to see us funded up to a Phase 1 trial and any further funding to take us throught the Phase 1 trial/ If this is not the case can you explain what exactly occurs when we are ready to trial. Thanks for that list of notable price movements as per RNSs. Interesting since 2012 there has been only one year, I believe 2018 where we haven"t issued an RNS in December.

So................is there more to come??

WTP, been saying that for a while now, and how much we/if are given could reflect the urgency for our treatment.

Good to hear that news about Vulpes today, and whilst it is hard to differentuate between buys/sells largely I would have thought had the 750k trade been a sell we would have seen red today, and certainly not a sell going through at 10.50. That should cut any overhangs substantially.

Would like to know how the overall voting went in Redmiles favour for the resolutions recently, it might give us some clue as to how many Vulpes would like to hold to bridge any disparity in voting rights for the future.??

Well I disagre with you in whatever you conclude from Ratcliffes posts, he was making a point, one which I happened to agree with. My original post was to LL, and whilst we are all free to comment on any posts, there was a reason I reponded particularly to LL, and problems exist when you join a thread and see it differently to the context it was made in.

I think the last thing on anybodies minds is selling, distressed selling, wth the mountain of cash we have behing us, the opportunity it provides us and the time it gives us to fulfill the job of particular import which is gathering data to increase the IP and afford us opportunities to increase our M/Cap from this level. So I am struggling to understand the presumptions you make from a small question and answer pertaining to the progress we can make/

If you feel you are being misunderstood it would help if you explained your undying interest is Scancel, what made you aware of the share in the first place and how you hope to see it work out, it is your choice whether you wish to discuss your holding, your plans to increase it, or ot, and what it is that drives your interest, in the absence of that the opportunity to be misunderstood is greatly increased but that is your choice, not the fault of any poster.

I believe you have been in this share as long as any LTH, it took you a very long time before posting here regularly, I am interested in why that is, why post now all of a sudden and forgive me emphasise on what can go wrong, there must be good reason that you are a holder, one that interests me and sharing it can only be good to put an end to others feelings in what motive you have to say the things you do, I look forward to hearing your story and forgive me at this juncture in time if I struggle to fully get it, but that is for you to correct noone else.

I think I mentioned that this weekend again I slept for 26 hours, hene why I ask questions on anything I struggle to understand and am grateful to receive the answers I need to get even more in touch with exactly what is happening here.

Can"t believe how quickly the weekend has gone, last full week before Xmas, forget the weekend just what happened to this year?? Never felt as removed from what is happening around me, very strange feeling, and starting to make sure I am as high on the list for the vaccine as possible. Seems so strange, but the last six months is the first time in years I have felt well enough to get out there, but there is really nowhere to go or friends to see, everyone has there own bubbles and when I think whether I need to go out, against all advice it comes down to whether I need to go out, something which I am grateful for this computer world but it is too easy not to move.

I wonder whether we will get any news before the years end, nothing springs to mind, so no expectations, but it feels when we look back on this year as a whole so much progress has been made, in particular to our financial situation, which I still believe even more that none of us could have imagined earlier this year. So it seems we should be looking forward to the year ahead, the possibilities of what we can do compared to previous years.

So hoping we can get something to focus our minds on, and reminds us what a Pivotal Year this has been. Hasn"t been so long since the AGM, which surprised me in many ways as it didn"t seem to ride the waves of what an opportunity has been presented to us. Oh well, much in the Scancell way we will hear something when it is ready to announce and particularly interested in the focus the new employees have to get this show on the road. As I have said a few times I would be very surprised to hear what timelines Redmile and Vulpes have for so much to happen in.

So hoping we do get some news to take us into the New Year with a bit of a bounce and whilst not expecting any green lights for trial dates, I am hoping to hear what is the next stage for COVIDITY and what support from UK Government we might get to take that through trials. That in itself I believe will tick us up nicely.

Fair comment Rats, whilst it is helpful by degrees to know what could occur, I believe people generally understand what risks lie ahead. Everything in life has its risks, only too aware of that, for me here I am more than interested in the opportunities that lie ahead. Every opportunity has risk, not every situation has enough opportunities to even consider the risks involved.

LL , I had a few Debt Recovery businesses over 15 years in my time in Liverpool. As a natural progression to court proceedings, I grew to have a Barrister on board and Insolvency pracctitioners in-house. The reason I say this is the whole business of insolvency and what creditors might expect or hope for is very broad and differs enormously when it is a voluntary liquidation or a Winding up Order. The essence as in Cancer and so many things is moving as quickly as possible before Directors can move assets, trade insolvently etc etc, but yes the norm is the Receiver will take sometimes enormous fees before an unsecured creditor is even considered. The most interesting cases were when we could go for Directors personally and there is the key to any actions that can be taken. Too often anger is behing decisions people make, not the likelihood of receving any financial recompense, a very interesting business. ATB

Very well put, and I guess that is how I see it too. Still believe Redmile must feel very confidant that we will be able to get that all important data from SCIB1 and MOD1 trials alone.

Patience is something that LTH have had to show for many years here, I just don"t see that now with the cash behind us investors will lose confidance now. There is another couple of shares I am very interested in, but the thought of selling down my Scancell and losing the chance to hold what I do, ensures I keep my focus and patience, believe me.
