I’m still very dubious that SCOV will ever compete with currently approved COVID vaccines / makers. Also assume they too would be able to switch to needle-free at some future point, if desired. Just my opinion and I may be proven wrong.
The real value of that workstream imo, was the validation of the Company’s Immunobody & Avidimab platforms ie. a DNA vaccine, on steroids with Avidimab :-), resulted in T cell and antibody responses, without any safety issues. Then there is the learning and knowledge gained more broadly from the trial, relating to the platforms.
If one of the science types on here wants to apply some polish to my crude explanation of where the likely benefit of the trial would be, I really don’t mind :-)
