One thing that puzzles me is that if Genmab have now started manufacturing, why no RNS to confirm they have reached that point in the lifecycle of development / commercialisation?

I’m not trying to suggest that information is inaccurate but wouldn’t some who knew, have been able to trade on the basis of having information that others don’t have ie. a false market? With potentially 600M at stake for the company, isn’t that material news?

The AGM has been over-hyped by some here. Here’s what I said a week back:

“I’m not expecting the AGM to carry any significant news. More often than not, they are not a great deal more than a box-ticking exercise (non-specific to Scancell). I suspect the news we are waiting for will come at a later date and imo that will not mean it’s because they didn’t want to break bad news at an AGM”

Once said box is ticked, we’re into November and hopefully material news of the positive variety, not just looking at whether someone on the top table has their arms folded.

I don’t buy all the manipulation hocus-pocus.

Imo it’s as simple as the market waits for significant news and on a scale that is enough to shift the SP (up, or down).

We are hoping Q4 brings it and it is impossible to ignore.

For me, this is nothing more than a coincidence.

It’s only the LBA Title and Author Information Released at 9 a.m. ET on 30th. Embargo on full detail not lifted until one week later.

And am pretty sure Scancell didn’t look at the SITC schedule when selecting their AGM date & time and it definitely didn’t happen the other way round!
