*Gov optimistic on the economy opening up & getting back upto speed very soon

*Dividend will be a very big positive if approved
*And most important of all as an indicator The British Pound is above 1.39 for first time in "nearly three years" how's that folks.

Brexit is now history just a matter of time now until the lock down get lifted and boom UK will go all guns blazing for every job that has been lost a new one will pop up, for every house sold a buyer will be ready to move in. The UK is now ready to move on from a difficult brexit and covid the worst 4 and a half years for for so many and all Lloyds long term loyal share holders. I hope you all have a positive day as I can not think of anything negative to say now. ONWARDS AND UPWARDS from here....... just stay focused on the 70p plus reward

The Banking sector was way over sold as everyone was harping on about NO DEAL BREXIT well now we have a deal. Now the banking sector will start to recover. And now the word around the city is Brexit will benefit London... Brexit is over and soon Lloyds will not be under 40p that's for sure.... And the Gov will show support for business during covid that's for sure keep an eye on the budget in a few weeks. Anyone going on about a sudden drop is chatting rubbish not saying that we will not get the odd pull back every now and then but the over all direction is UP now and the city traders are all over it ...

Nothing has happened it's just the US markets opened and it just a small up lift from over the pound it's just a normal thing as they have opened at record highs. Just got to keep an eye on the markets as US markets at record highs would not what a reversal as that would start a big sell off in sensitive or weak stocks.....

The city know Lloyds & Natwest Group are way under valued thanks to politics, 2008 crash, Brexit, PPi, Covid -19, Divi suspension and you name it, has panned the hell out of bank for over a decade. But now its all over and the focus will be turned to other areas for the Gov like getting the economy back on track and the banks are now part of the solution... And the banks are in a much better state and balance sheet looking very strong. get ready for results day Lloyds and Natwest will be flying ...

This is very rare to see UK banks up on a Friday shows how over sold banks are investors know they are happy to get in and hold over weekend as no risk at all now as this will be 40p very soon.

This is going only one way over the next few weeks now and that is UP. I Will be looking back at the low prices in 12 months and think what was this bank even doing in the 30 to 40p range........

Banks are up pre market over in the USA will be a record open for the US and the banks are looking to open on a high...

Lets get this right and you are all welcome to your views but the way I look at this rise as well as for all UK banks it is all to do with the BofE stating yesterday the economy will rebound sharply after lockdown restrictions has been lifted.

The results and Divi has not been factored in so that will be a bonus to come in a few weeks. So as Lloyds share price has been poor in the last few months it had to start to rise as well as NWG... Lets see what the results and the Divi does for the share price in a few weeks

Covid - 19 death rates and infections have peaked and Bank of England has left interest rates unchanged and will be hoping for a recovery the Covid vaccinations are working. And if the full year results being announced in the next few weeks are ok then it will easily be in the 40p to 50p range.

As the restrictions get lifted and the economy starts to get going we will have plenty of new jobs available. The gov now have the determination to get this going and you will see....

So many jobs will be created to deal with the demands in all sectors saying that I do think aviation will be the last sector to recover as flying around the world with many different levels of covid cases going on will still be on peoples minds

Don't worry about the negative rate talk In 6 months time the economy will be flying good of them just to get the bank running around like dics as the BofE always does
the main reason is to see if they have lead in the pencil for more taxes and some how rob them of more money.

We need a CEO with some balls to put some of the sheet the Bof E come out with to rest just look at the mess the last governor got banks into along with his coning chums.....

Need this to stay above 36p today and I am happy to swap the numbers around to 63p at some point in 2021.... how's that for a bit of hocus-pocus....... We should all have a chair at the board and get paid millions for swapping numbers around

Same here I've gone grey watching this share over the last few years as have so many others.

Been a good few years for banks being spanked by so many smart assshhols in high paid rolls. Just get the job roll do a bit of bank bashing for a few years and move on into the sunset.... Spread a bit of doomsday scenarios and with a bit of hocus pocus magic " meaningless talk and activity, typically designed to trick someone into thinking they have all done us a big favour and off they go. And the truth of a situation is they haven't got a clue just in it for the fat pay.

UK banks are at a 50 to 60% discount over the 4 and a half years thanks to Brexit, PPI and Covid - 19 and now it's payback time for Private share holders
LLoyds and Natwest Group in particular

Media you know vaccine roll out is here and in a few months we will be looking at covid - 19 as some sort of flu which we can control and work around....

All big investors are looking ahead we will start to kick start the economy. I will say its been painfully slow and difficult but the wheels are now moving FORWARD

And I am looking forward to 40p and 50p when the Divi is reinstated not to fussed if it's 1p, 2p, 3p, 4p, 5p as just a start in paying will be the signal I need the rest will be dependent on the economy doing its magic.....

36p is on the cards now as long as US market opening is positive.
