Agree It's been longer than most of us had thought however I do strongly believe we will get an excellent RNS in just a matter of day os now. I get it, some want it rushed for a quick return, but like I said this wasn't something that could be rushed, there is a process to follow and agree we have waited long enough.

Our time has come to be rewarded I know "very soon" we will get our well deserved results. Hold tight any day now IMO.

Completion of Manufacturing Tech Transfer and FDA Submission

The Company announces that the technology transfer of the manufacturing process for its HG-CT-1 CAR-T cell therapy has been successfully completed to Made Scientific, a contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO).

A comprehensive comparability data package has been submitted to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The submitted data demonstrate that HG-CT-1 manufactured by Made Scientific is comparable to that produced by Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals, confirming the robustness and reproducibility of the manufacturing process across sites.

Clinical Trial Progression

Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals is now ready to initiate recruitment of adult patients for treatment with the second, increased dose level of HG-CT-1 as part of its ongoing Phase 1 clinical trial in R/R AML.

In parallel, the Company will begin recruitment of pediatric patients, who will receive the lowest dose level of HG-CT-1. This marks an important expansion of the clinical program into pediatric populations

CAR T cells (HG-CT-1) to treat acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has come back (relapsed) or not gotten better with treatment (refractory) in children and adults

Clinical Trial Goal

To find out:

The highest dose of HG-CT-1 that's safe to give

If HG-CT-1 is safe and works well to treat AML that has relapsed or is refractory in children and adults

You may be able to join this trial if you:

. Are 12 years old or older

. Have AML that has relapsed or is refractory

. Have cancer cells with mutation / marker FLT3 ( FLT3 +). Your doctor can tell you this

. Have an identified donor who is willing and able to donate for blood or marrow transplant (BMT)

. Have not had allogeneic (cells from a donor) BMT in the last 3 months

. Do not have graft-versus-host-disease ( GVHD )

. Agree to have other standard tests done to see if you can be in the clinical trial

Trial Details:

CAR stands for chimeric antigen receptors and T stands for T cells, a type of immune cell. This treatment helps your own immune system find and destroy cancer cells.

Cyclophosphamide and fludarabine are chemotherapy (chemo) drugs that block the growth of cancer cells.

HG-CT-1 is a type of CAR T-cell therapy that targets FLT3 on certain cells.

To make CAR T cells, T cells are collected from you by apheresis. Apheresis is a process to collect cells from the bloodstream using a needle similar to when you donate blood. The T cells are genetically modified to grow special proteins called CARs. CARs help T cells find the cancer cells. The CAR T cells are grown in a lab until there are millions of them. Then, they’re given back to you to find and destroy the cancer cells.

Before the CAR T-cell infusion, you’ll get chemotherapy (chemo) with 2 standard drugs:

Cyclophosphamide – Given as intravenous (IV) infusions. The dose you'll get depends on when you start the trial and how safe it has been

Fludarabine – Given as IV infusions. The dose you'll get depends on when you start the trial and how safe it has been

Then, the CAR T cells are given to you through an IV infusion. The dose of cells you’ll get depends on when you start the trial and how safe it has been.

The clinical trial doctors will watch you closely over 1 year. You'll have biopsies to see how well the treatment is working. The clinical trial doctors will check your health for up to 15 year.

Hemo is a strong BUY for me now and so so many long term holders and large investors.

Sorry to be ignoring the same 2 or 3 time-wasting posters on this bb who regularly post the same repetitive comment's for some strange reason.

However the facts are hemo has already made massive achievements and very soon this will be Hemo's moment on the global stage all eyes will be on the treatment of the next few patient's this process couldn't be rushed it has to be conducted in a professional manner, organisation planning, timing ect is key so it couldn't be rushed.

Having said that we are now fully ready & awaiting the next big blockbuster RNS. We know the science works infact its amazing . Hemo have now managed to streamline the whole process & very soon the treatment will continue with momentum at a much much faster rate and efficiency

The future is extremely bright 100% for Hemogenyx, they are funded well into next year and within this time frame big pharma are bound to get involved.

So in a nutshell shareholders have no worries about finance..... We all know Singer & co who we're obviously agressively selling cheap converted warrants in the background are now done with the selling and I'm glad they are gone now..so you can safely predict the next few weeks.
